Pleasant enough for one night stay

The main double bed in the room is definitely due for an upgrade, it was terribly uncomfortable.

Such a pity the lack of hot water spoiled the stay.

Location was very close to our wedding.

No hot water so couldnt shower next morning etc.

Terrible, definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed!

Wooden deck although not private

Very misleading photo's on Booking.com and all social media. Cement floors even in shower which made it very slippery, dry walls not soundproof, poor quality linen, old furniture, used soap in shower, no headboard, dust in drawers. Not worth the money paid. VERY disappointed. Damper on the wedding we attended at another venue. guest next door smoked on the wooden deck which you could smell all the time.

Large and spacious. Divine pillows. Very friendly hosts. Beautiful dogs, especially Binky who I wanted to take home with me.

Owners of Tree Tops very friendly.

Coffee station, Milk sour in the fridge, Kettle did not work/ boil properly. Double bed mattress of poor quality. Heaps of ant sand heaps under small dressing table, plug did not work under dressing table for hairdryer. Shower messed water on floor as the water spray was all over the place. Very close to venue, only reason why we got this was bride and groom mentioned on invitation. Needs maintenance, have been to other venues in area, eg Galagos Country Estate, basically the same price but 5 star all the way compared to Tree Tops.

Great value for your money

We had a lovely, comfortable stay. We attended a wedding at a venue nearby, so the early check-in time was a bonus. The room had a great deck with a beautiful view.

EXTREMELY BAD AND UNSAFE!

The other guests came it late at night - drunk. forced our door open and threatened with violence. they unlawfully entered our room while we were sleeping. we felt threatened and unsafe. This was a very serious invasion of our privacy. the owner was not serious to take any action after we phoned him. The drunk guests then went out and came back - again loud after 02h00 in the morning (curfew starts at 23h00!!!). this was a real bad experience!!

Relaxing

Great location (views). Big and spacious unit, kitchen, bedrooms and private garden. For a family or group it is the ideal location. We stayed in the bigger family unit (which basically is house on its own with big garden and views.

Maybe keep the dogs separate, my children are a bit scared of bigger dogs... even though they were super friendly dogs :-)
