Staff please Smile

Location, comfortable room

The hotel is manned by only 2persons. Because previous was full house the 2staff have to finish housekeeping before attending to front desks check in. Check in is at 2pm sharp. The receptionist said if check in before2pm the system will trigger a fee. The main complaint was reception desk was not manned. Then instead of telling us we had to wait because they were clearing a blockage in the washbasin we had to ask what was the delay in checking in. We were not happy because we were made to wait. Anyway the washbasin water ponding was experienced. We didnot inform them

Recommend for an urgent pocket friendly place.

Cheap. Many food choices nearby in walking distance.

Only 1 key card per room. Can’t even make extra one by keeping a deposit. So if you’re going out, someone has to stay awake inside or the staff have to open the door everytime. The rooms are not soundproof and the main entrance door has to be opened from the inside by the staff everytime at night, if they fall asleep then will have a hard time.

The room was quite big compare to normal rooms with modern fixtures and designs.

The hotel is aging with peeling carpet and wallpaper, cracked walls and cement, with the lift feeling slightly less than desirable. I believe its time for a big upkeep to keep the quality it was going for.

Orange business hotel consistently offers good value.

The Orange business hotel consistently offers good value and maintains simple yet clean functional rooms.. Hot powerful showers. great room design.. The area has many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

I think it would be great if a small fridge would be placed in the better rooms. Since I began staying here some cosmetic maintenance could be done to keep the rooms in their best condition.

The worker there are very friendly, love to share their feelings what I complain to her about.

I don't like the toilet's light and the make up table's light are very dark to doing make up. The rubbish bin is so easily drop off I have been hit a few times when I take it from the place to others and sit well to use it.

Not recommend for family with children

Location

Bathroom - lightbulb broken no fix. Dust as seen. Sink broken no fix. Water heater... sometimes cold sometimes hot. Not stable. Wifi very poor Book rm172 online. But dunno why counter staff ask me to pay rm183 during check in. I also lazy to ask the reason already because very tired driving whole day. Just need some rest quickly. This is the first time and also the last time book this hotel.

Wont stay in this hotel again!!

1) The 1st room we went in got odor problem, then we request to change room. 2) The 2nd room cup coaster in the bathroom got fungus on it. 3) The walk in pricing for the deluxe room is RM149.00 only, online booking fee is RM249.00 which is RM80.00 more expensive.
