Overall clean, new and great experience.

overall staffs are very polite and well trained. room was clean

1) toilet paper holder installed at the wrong location. inconvenient and caused arm scratched when turnaround body to use toilet paper and the water spray. 2) Front desk insufficient staff during peak hour (Eg. 1 staff only during 12pm)

Lovely n relaxing

Everything was a excellent.very protection place n safety.i m travel for business trip n very stressed,once I enjoy my evening in lounge feel relaxed n peaceful.After I check out I left my expensive charger in my room after 5 hours I back to hotel n my charger safely return to me... Thank u for the cleaner team... There safely keep my things n return to me... Very thankful.. next time I always stay in this hotel for my peace ful travel mode....

its was a very relaxing time that was desperately needed

the gym, the reception and the rooms were very nice. so was the staff

we booked a room with a bath tub but they gave us a room with just a shower. however when brought to their attention, they quickly corrected their mistake.

I love PJ Hilton

The warmth of the staff when approached, so very helpful & accommodating. The food, one the best breakfast buffet I have been too😃

Just water pressure was quite slow this time, but understanding the situation of the issue. I hope it is resolved when I come in in February next year😄

A pleasant stay

Very nice rooms although the pool was closed due to renovations. Staffs were very friendly and attentive. Only snag was with parking that was chargeable.

Clean and neat. Very comfortable

No signboard or direction board to guide visitor to enter the main entrance as there is construction in front area.

OLD CHARM but still GOOD ENOUGH

Old Charm, but still beautiful & Luxurious. Good BIG ROOM, SPACIOUS. GOOD BREAKFAST SPREAD & GOOD STAFF. RECEPTION is always busy but that's allright.

In general everything was good. Reception is a little slow, but it's allright

I would return … good value for money ! 👌

The staff were extremely supportive and welcoming . The room was amazing and the sports facility was excellent .

It is far from tourist attraction . But this was known to me .

It was priced too high and even after paying so much breakfast was not included. Will never stay there or book through this site

The amount of money i paid and the value i got didnt match. Better options are available in same price.

Staff is welcoming and supportive

Room and building structure looks too old. Variety of breakfast items is limited and not so good.

Comfortable, pleasant and happy.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was overbooked during my stay so staff offered a solution of giving me twin bedroom yet complimentary with breakfast. But the next day they join the twin and make it to double bed size. Thank you so much for the effort. That night I slept much better.

The room design and carpet is a bit old fashion now.

Room and Breakfast were very good

Black tar like substance from the electric iron stuck my shirt which they could not resolve. Half hearted way of handling the situation spoilt my day. Escalated to Duty Mgr, Luandry Supervisor and to Front desk Manager. Front Desk manager tried her best to make me feel cared. she is an Asset. Others can learn from her

Worst Hotel for CNY staycation.

The breakfast - various choices of foods, delicious as well.

I've booked one night during the recent CNY celebration. The price included half board package for 2 adults. The staff was not aware that my stays include dinner and next day breakfast, only realized it after I mentioned it. For dinner, it was an awful experience. This is the first time I ever went to a hotel that denies my right to choose how to decide for my dinner. They said I can't have the dinner buffet that night because they have different prices for the buffet since it's CNY festival, if I want it then I have to pay extra. I can only have my dinner but it's ala carte and they even told me not to exceed MYR130 for the total foods that I ordered. What's worse is when the staff suddenly said I can have any desserts that are served for the CNY buffet...like we are so desperate and in need of their buffet. The next day the breakfast buffet is a "too good to be truth" service...probably to compensate for our horrible dinner experience last night.

Shocked and extremely dissapointed.

Clean and Two staff were amazing. Sukhvin the FOM and Shida were absolute angels.

My Costly back support corsette was stolen. This is unacceptable and I fear staying at the Hilton moving forward.

I did enjoy my stay, overall a good experience.

I was very touched by the personal messages to ask how my stay was. I am glad that my disappointment in not being able to go swimming was compensated with complimentary buffet breakfast. Thanks for your consideration. I am sure this will be appreciated by other guests. I was amazed at the quick response time for the technician to fix our table lamp. The staff are helpful and courteous.

The clock radio was dusty.

Better value for money hotels in PJ and KL

This is an old hotel in the heart of PJ which strives to retain it's character. The staff at reception and house keeping are fantastic!

It was advertised with a pool but it was under repair. Additionally it was noisy with drilling from early morning and interrupted my sleep. Booking.com also advertised this hotel with a pool but it was under reconstruction.

Room looking tired, but comfortable Towels not pure white or soft, bed comfortable Breakfast extortionate for a diabetic - decided to eat opposite restaurant Syeed -catered my need in terms of preference and cost Evening Buffet on 01 Dec 23 exceptional - group of 13 enjoyed

Laundry cost for two RM1770.00 for two weeks!
