2 раз я не хочу селитися в готель

Великий смарт ТВ, зручне велике ліжко з матрасом, ремонт, місце розташування навпроти озера, поруч із церквою

При поселенні відчувався запах цигарок, особливо у ванній кімнаті і він не вивітрюється. Холодна підлога, а капці не було в кімнаті. В кімнаті прохолодно, у ванній дуже холодно.

Апартаменты расположены на 1 этаже ЖК Озерные зори. В двух шагах озеро с песочным пляжем. оооооооо

Very good

I had a very good stay at the Lake Apartments. The room is good, easy communication with the staff, comfortable bed, location is right on the lake, bus stop is in front of the building, supermarket is in 300m.

the soundproofing is poor, unfortunately... I heard everything (snoring, conversations, TV etc) from the adjacent room. That is the only complaint, but that's how the house was actually built...:-( So there isn't much that could be done.

Pleasant Stay Uutside the Center

I stayed in the unit with a sauna. A real functional sauna. There's a little lake (pond) behind the building where the unit is located. It must be very nice in the winter to go from the icy lake to the steamy sauna. There are two very good restaurants neighboring the building. A Georgian restaurant on the lake and an American BBQ right next door. There's a super market a short walk away. Nice people work here. I enjoyed staying here. I was a working-tourist, and this gave me everything that I needed.

Cumfy room, but wish we had picked a different location because of parking issues

It was a nice room and clean

The view of the "lake" was between two buildings and a restaurant. If you are driving a car, then this is not the hotel for you. The parking is free, but there are no available spaces and the security system is insane. The parking is packed with cars, always!!

A very very good option to visit Kyiv, honest price, very clean and beautiful surroundings :)

First and foremost, Alena is a extremely nice person. She provided transportation for us from the airport to the hotel, she was friendly and kind the all time. The hotel room was immaculately clean, no noise at all , all is brand new, very hot wate :) so showers were very very nice, very nice bed, and we also had slippers and bath robes at our disposal. All was really ok, it's a very safe , nice, and clean hotel and neighbourhood to go :)

We just had a tiny problem with the volume of TV, we couldn't reduce it :) but we didn't even mention it to the owners, i mean we were so tired when we arrived we just wanted to relax. Then, TV is only Smart Tv and as far as i can tell , all programs were in Ukranian/Russian except for music, that was ok. ANother thing i would say is that Hotel is not city center, we knew that , so you need to move by train ( i will add a pic of it ) or by Uber. Both options are really affordable , if you want to come back to the hotel at night you have to do it by Uber because trains usually end before 22h... BUT, and there is always a but, there is a MAGNIFICENT georgian restaurant in front of the hotel , with a MAGNIFICENT view over a lake...the food is great as the view so we decided to have dinner there all the time ...please have a dinner there, it's quite affordable and TRY THE NAPOLEON CAKE :))) - Regarding moving with train , we did it, every time, and i recommend it -> that train that you need to catch is from Vydubychi station which is close to the hotel. You just go one station and then get the subway. This specific train, is old, soviet style, and honestly, it has its beauty because thousands of people move in tehre everyday and it's like a time capsule. It's absolutely safe to go there and i think we should all see not only the fancy Kyiv , but also the real one. i am glad i did it. :)
