Incredible value for money, impeccable customer service.

Very good location, easy to find and depart since it’s located right on the Kiltseva Road. Super friendly staff and excellent service. Our suite was very clean and cozy. Menu choice in the restaurant is a bit limited but the food itself is tasty. Overall value for money is 10/10.

One thing I didn’t like is that the Suite is located right next to the staircase to the second floor which means during the night you can hear other guests walking and it’s pretty loud, doors aren’t very sound proof. Another thing I did not like is that everything you order into your room has to be paid for on delivery and not after you check out which is really inconvenient.

fairly good, staff are nice, the odor was amazing in all hotel areas

parking area is good.

breakfast was poor, no juice, no fruit/vegetables . sign of the place could be better noticed, because you are on the highway & than you have a very small exit to the hotel when you open the window you can't hear your friend

Do Not Book this Hotel!

Nothing.

Breakfast was bad, they messed up my order, does not taste good; in short not what was shown in the photos or description. The twin beds were small. Very noisy so it was hard to sleep. Staff at reception are not friendly. Hotel is still under construction and smells of paint inside. There was a fight in the hotel at 2am at night, so no security. Hotel is located right next to the highway so it's noisy all the time. The coffee machines are old and make only espresso. In conclusion, not worth the price and way too expensive despite the big discounts.

Location was perfect for my stay to work with the company nearby in walking distance. Facility is new. Nice design.

Cleanliness could be better. Some of the interior elements are collecting dust. Minibar is not refilled during the stay. There are no standards in room cleaning. Restaurant and reception are located in older building that is under the standard of new facility. Sound-proofing is very poor.

SUPER design hotel to come back to

Super quality design hotel! Everything is top notch, high tech fancy! I did not expect even close to such a quality and design - have seen many hotels before, especially fancy 4-5 star chain hotels, and Road hotel is not worse, but even better - you feel you are taken care of and all your wishes and requests are immediately solved. Hats off for the owners - it feels like the hotel was done and run with open heart! Will definitely come back!

Superb

Clean and cozy rooms, with a tooth brush, a hairdryer, and a hygiene kit. Great breakfast and stuff, too. Only little pity is that the mini bar was empty.
