Thank you for a friendly stay that was good value for money!

Clean, simple, quiet, good location, friendly staff. Breakfast was pleasant added bonus!

Bathrooms are dated, but functional, so no real complaint.

Great going back in time and being a student in residence again.

Cheap accommodations for Toronto as it is a student residence let out during the summer months. Great location. Breakfast included in price a bonus. Only negative was sharing a bathroom and rooms were not air conditioned. Staff were all students which was fun to see.

Sharing a bathroom, but this I knew beforehand. However, fellow travellers were great. Room very small and not air conditioned.

Next time I’ll come to Toronto I’m staying with you guys 😊

It was centric in the middle of everything , I think I was lucky than many people that stay further during pride please keep the price affordable for the people can’t afford an expensive hotel . Please give thanks to your employees they were exceptional and anything I asked if I needed some help they did all the possible to help me .

I have nothing bad or good to say it was great for me I’m not a fuzzy person so I don’t ask for more or less to me it was all great .

We knew we had shared accommodation, but were surprised there was no kettle or microwave in kitchen.

Staff polite, and generally helpful. Breakfast was ok. Location good. Big bedroom. Fridge and freezer in 'shared kitchen'. Supermarket and eating places close.

Bedroom was sparse, no mirror. 1 single bed and 1 foldout bed which was smaller than standard single bed. Only other furniture was a desk with single chair. No hanging space, unless we used towel rails. Bath towels very small, old. Shower had nowhere to put soap or shampoo, very small. Shower tacky, old. No bathmat or toiletries provided, besides a soap and plastic cup. Extremely noisy air conditioner in bathroom! Shared kitchen: Besides the fridge\freezer, only a big 4 plate electric stove and oven, but no saucepans, utensils or cutlery to cook with. No microwave or kettle

Baño compartido. No prestan secadores. Malas pintas de la gente en el barrio. Solo me dejaron una toalla pequeña para 3 días. Lo que hay es lo que hay, no pidas nada en recepción. Es un sitio atendido por estudiantes con poca responsabilidad y madurez

Not clean and not cheap but the location is ok

The location is fine and you get simple breakfast.

The hotel reminds of a dormitory and is more functional than comfortable. There is a bed, a table dnd a chair. The hotel is not clean - there was a lot of dust in the room and in the bathroom you could see lots of dark hair.. on the ceiling !

Clean, VERY inexpensive and centrally located!

Have stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. If you want to travel on a budget, this is the place for you. Located a short walk to the Village, Eaton Centre, Bloor St. and the financial district, it's a low cost, clean, easy way to stay.

Before the pandemic, they had a deal where you could get indoor parking with in and out privileges for $10/day;I guess the place they utilized for that no longer offered them that, but it was nice while it lasted!

Great location to see the city, really good free breakfast, less than ideal bathroom situation

Good location, optional daily room service, nice view, awesome free breakfast that could be stretched to cover part of lunch if you bring a container and plan well.

The bathroom for the block of rooms didn’t lock properly, there was one toilet between about seven rooms and one shower. Shower temperature was inconsistent and no decent exhaust fan. Rooms not very soundproof

Good place to stay when you’re out and about, bathrooms not ideal but manageable for the most part, the breakfast really

Good basic accommodations with a great roof to hang out on and good breakfast.

I loved the price, the location, the breakfast that was included, the access to the roof, the simplicity of the place. The people at the desk and breakfast were very helpful and friendly. When our bathroom ran out of toilet paper they gave me one when I went to the desk.

I would have liked a sheet on the bed to cover me rather than only a comforter. I also would have liked a chair for the desk.

Good for low maintenance travellers

Proximity to a lot of great downtown stuff, continental breakfast, fridge, friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet, despite being downtown. Showers had great water pressure and temperature. There is also a good yogurt drink shop close-by. Overall, satisfactory.

It's a student residence, so because it's usually furnished with stuff the rest of the year, amenities are lacking (bath mats, microwave, etc). Rooms were very stuffy/hot due to not being able to open windows (i get it, it's for safet reasons). Ultimately, the residence has a very run down feel to it, which is unfortunate.

If you want to have your own room and save money, it is ideal. If not, there are better options.

-Laundry is available, which makes traveling easy. -There are supermarkets within walking distance. -Breakfast is ok. -You have your own room. -The was a public refrigerator to store things.

-The room nor the facilities were clean. I wiped before I put my things down. -The Soundproofing was not ideal. One can easily be awakened by the sound next door. -There was a kitchen but not clean to use.
