About this house rental
Explore the wonders of Michigan's Harbor Country while staying in our relaxing private home, The Getaway. A few minutes walk to charming shops, restaurants, and event venues including Journeyman Distillery, The Acorn Theater, and The Social Club in Three Oaks. Three Oaks is just a ten minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan and thirty-five minutes to Notre Dame. Enjoy the small town lifestyle and find your own moment to getaway.
The Getaway is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom two story single family home. The upstairs hosts two queen size bedrooms and on the first story is an open layout kitchen, dining, and living room along with another bedroom featuring a daybed and trundle for two twin beds and bathrooms complete with laundry for your use.
Access to the entire house and outdoor space including front porch, rear deck and screened in porch. Large yard with cooking fire pit and bocce (supplied).
Interaction with guests will be via e-mail, text or phone with self check-in.
Guests will receive a code for the front door and host interaction will be limited to provide a private getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, inviting and was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check in and check out process was very easy. Our family thoroughly enjoyed using the record player! And our daughter loved having space in the backyard to run around and play ball. Thanks much!

So many wonderful touches, wine, coffee beans, slippers, robes and a lovely record player and albums and very comfortable beds.

House was very clean, and in side was modernized looked great the way the owner and remodeled the house. It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood was a great place for us to stay after visiting new buffalo being only like 10 minutes from there. Owner of home was polite and quick to respond to any questions and concerns online. I highly recommend this home rental

Ivan & Carly were phenomenal to work with. Prior to arriving I had a few questions for them and they were very prompt and helpful in getting back to me. The house was spotless and conveniently located to downtown Three Oaks & New Buffalo like we wanted. I'd highly recommend and will seek them out next time I come to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Getaway and wish we were there longer. The home is quaint, yet spacious with plenty of outdoor living area. It's close to town and all of the area amenities, including shopping, dining, gaming and the Interstate. Everything we needed was provided and we were very comfortable and felt safe. We will definitely return!

Ivan and Carly were fantastic to work with!! They responded immediately with any questions I had with planning, etc. So many extras….snacks, chilled wine, espresso and coffee beans, robes and slippers, laundry detergent…..that made our trip more enjoyable! Charming house is tucked into a neighborhood 10 min from Lake MI.

Record player was such a nice addition. Our kids loved to choose records to play while we ate and played cards.

Beautiful Home
This home was exactly as described. Close to the beach and wineries which was the reason for our trip. The owner was very responsive and has thought of everything. Snacks and wine were available in the kitchen upon arrival and robes and slippers were in every room. We loved the screened in back porch, very relaxing.

Excellent home. Furniture and beds comfortable. There were 5 of us, sisters and cousins, who came here to stay and spend some much needed time together. The house was neat, clean and very accommodating . Recommend and would stay here again.

Nice home with a big yard for the kids to play. The kids were able to play soccer and run around in the yard while the adults relaxed in the screened porch. Bedrooms were good sized and the beds were very comfortable. Nice decor and clean. Close to orchards, wineries, and breweries. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed the weekend for a wedding. We had another Vrbo set and ready to go but was cancelled last minute and I’m sure glad it was because this place was amazing! Decor was amazing, house was clean, and we enjoyed the snacks! Highly recommend

A very cute home in Three Oaks Michigan. Great communication from owners and many nice personal touches to welcome visitors. Beautiful area of stAte with many wineries and Lake Michigan within a half hour drive.

Great stay! Perfect location for all things Michigan. Hit the beach, Wineries, and great local restaurants. Ivan and Carly have done a great job on this place and made our stay too notch. Looking forward to our next visit!
