I had fun in the city and all the attractions, but as far as the accommodations at the lofts, having no air, made it a b

The location was perfect!

The air conditioning unit did not work during my visit. They did get maintenance to come check it out but all he did was change the air filter and that didn’t help at all. Keep in mind. It was almost 100° in New Orleans during my visit.

Horrible 😡😡😡

Location

Washing machine didn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t work. Only 2 washcloths. I had to go and buy washcloths and big towels. Room was nothing like the pictures. Called rental company and they was really rude. Walls thin as crap. I could smell drugs through the walls. Forget about 9p to 9a quiet. I have slept well in 2 nights because of the noise and smell of drugs. I’m m so glad to be headed home. Please read reviews

The nightmare of first impressions!

Early check-in after I disagreed first to the $40 fee to do so, however was able to for Free. Hot shower nice sized tube. Happy for the fridge though it didn't work properly until we unplugged it and reset. The stovetop was convenient and the microwave was on point. The washer & dryer worked efficiently. Plenty of shampoo,soap, lotion, tissue, detergent pods and Cascade pods for a non-working dishwasher. The a/c was nice.

Absolutely no parking, I got a ticket for parking in the spot I thought was okay then ended up parking in the public parking two blocks away for $40 a day if any was vacant. The fridge went out so I contacted the property and they said they will send someone out they never did I ended up having to put my food on ice so it didn't spoil. The dishwasher didn't work. The couch was hard and the bed was hard. There's no TV in the room, 😭 only in the living area and the Wi-Fi didn't work my whole stay even after contacting the property and doing a troubleshoot. The wood floors were sticky, there were six pairs of old contact lenses stuck to the wall over the bed along with fingerprints. The bedroom area smelled like sex as though it was half clean and I saw a couple of bugs. The windows are very old so you hear all the noise on the roadway from 12: 00a.m. to 3: 00a.m. in the morning when sleep is most needed for myself! I jumped up out my sleep several times from hearing the dump truck for at least an hour along with other loud unknown noise 😞.

Good

Spacious apartment with separate living room and bedroom. Had good connectivity with the city centre and convention centre. Functional washing machine and dryer.

The bathroom sink was partially clogged. Kitchen appliances were not maintained well. Had water left over in the kettle from a previous customer, made the base rust. Needs better lighting, though daytime sunlight was enough to an extent.

our stay was very uncomfortable the bed was broken it have plenty roaches in the room the room wasn’t clean and absolutely nothing like the pictures on the internet the hall way stinks I would like a full refund!

Nice but could've been better

Location, apartment layout/ setup, bathroom was very clean

There were no washcloths in the bathroom, so we ended up going out to buy our own after hours. The furniture was hard & uncomfortable. The floors hadn't been cleaned & we kept stepping on sharp objects on the floor. We swept the floor ourselves but couldn't discard the dirt because there was no dust pan

Mardi Gras with Friends

The apartment was very modern and New Orleans style! Complimentary local channels and Netflix. The apartment was located a block from the parade route (we visited during Mardi Gras) and was very convenient.

The check-in and check-out process was a little confusing. An app or kiosk in the lobby would be helpful. Also, it was pretty loud! I know it was during Mardi Gras, but security should be on location to enforce quiet hours. Also, the bed was rock hard; my whole body was sore!

!! No staff . No one there to answer questions. When we did call.it took forever and then we didn't get it resolved. Rooms were clean Parking was a disaster! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE!!!

Very good

Location was excellent and although close to noise night life the bedroom was very quiet!

The lounge was a little worne out. And aircon run all night. I was unanle to switch off.

Only was given one set of towels per person for a 2 night stay. Had to wash towels and there was no washing detergent. Found an unclean dish in cabinet. Very simple place, no dresser or tv in bedroom.

The location was great

No TV, the shower trickled water so that was difficult, the bed was really firm so not comfortable, the coach was broken so not safe to sit on, the freezer made unfiltered ice so had a funny taste.

I like that it wasn’t to far from Bourbon street or the French quarter👌🏻

the outlet wasn’t working & the shower head wasn’t working . i called and complained and they did nothing the was supposed to send someone out and nobody ever came. they never offered to give me a refund & I was also suppose to receive a call and nothing!

It did not meet my expectations and I won’t be staying there again.

The location was in a great spot. It was easy to access the room. We were close to Canal street.

The rooms were super nasty we had to switch rooms which wasn’t much better. The cable did not work. We had to pay $79 for parking. I was highly disappointed.
