If it had an elevator, it would be my go to spot. There are no rooms on ground floor.

This hotel is perfect in every way except one. It is an elegant beautiful hotel with great staff. I could not recommend it more except for this one terrible lacking. It has very beautiful rooms. The bathroom alone in my unit was nearly half the size of some smaller hotel rooms. The staff were incredibly nice and wonderful. The very big issue with this hotel is that it has no elevator. I was on the third floor. Note that they have no rooms on the ground floor. My friend in his seventies stayed on the second floor. I and my wife are in our sixties. It was a large burden to climb those steps.

I would not stay here ever again for only one reason - it has no elevator.

Ok, but knowing what I know now would book further in advance at another property.

Noisy location. No elevators. Second floor is numbered floor 2 but really the third floor with 4 steep flights of stairs. The outside views look much better on the web site. Maids changed air con servings an tv channels on every visit as well as let the mosquitos in. All said, it was OK but would chose something a bit more upscale next time. Airport pick up and return as well as the private tour guide the hotel arranged was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Polecam ten hotel dla osób wymagających zadbania o siebie.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w tym hotelu. Polecam wszystkim podróżującym do Siem Rep. Obsługa hotelu bardzo pomocna. Mieliśmy duże zamieszanie związane z rezerwacją pokoju (z naszej winy), ale obsługa potrafiła rozwiązać nasz problem dodając jedno łóżko, na jedną noc do naszego pokoju. Polecam również zamawianie transportu w recepcji hotelowej. Zwłaszcza z lotniska do hotelu i z hotelu na lotnisko, ponieważ koszty takiego przejazdu różnią się znacząco od tych oferowanych na lotnisku, oczywiście na korzyść hotelu. Warto zamówić w hotelu odbiór z lotniska! Ponadto, recepcja hotelu pomaga przy organizacji wycieczek podstawiając busa oraz organizując przewodnika. Pokoje i łazienki bardzo duże nawet dostawione na jeden dzień dodatkowe łóżko nie spowodowało znaczącego dyskomfortu. Jeżeli wybieracie się do Siem Rep polecam ten hotel.

Ogólnie nie było, źle. Pokoje bardzo duże, łazienki również. Dla osób które wymagają komfortu powiem, że w hotelu nie ma windy (ale są tyko dwa piętra a obsługa recepcji pomaga wnieść bagaże), i zamiast karty do pokoju są normalne klucze. Dla nas nie był to problem.

Great place to stay with easy Angkor options

Great location close to Pub Street and market. Comfortable and clean accomodation with exceptional staff who booked bus tickets, and arranged a one day Angkor trip for us in a very efficient manner. Close to supermarket and good local eating options with a small but perfectly adequate pool. Recommended!

It’s located in the city center, quite convenient.

Poor breakfast, discomfortable bed, no elevator which difficult for family especially for small baby, they use recycled water bottle but water shall change frequently.

Schönes Zimmer, tolle Lage

Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer, grosses Badezimmer. Grosser Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Kleiner Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Super freundliches, herzliches Personal. Lage direkt neben einem grösseren Supermarkt, 5 Minuten zu Fuss zur Pub Street und Nightmarket, viele Motorbike/Velo Vermietungen in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Bustickets usw. können direkt nebenan gebucht werden. Falls Zimmer zur Strasse, dann kann es ein wenig lärmig sein, hat mich aber nicht gestört.

Todo: edificio, ubicación y personal maravilloso (lo recomiendo encarecidamente). El trato es exquisito, muy buenas personas.

Por ponerle un pero, la falta de un ascensor (aunque no tiene muchas escaleras realmente).

Superb

The staff were super friendly. we had one of the windowless rooms and therefore had zero street noise very quiet. The breakfast was good value for money. Location was easy walking distance from the heart of the town action.

We were not paying list price, is nothing.

I wish I could've stayed longer!

The location of the hotel is great an easy walk to Pub Street and all sorts of lovely places to explore. The pool area although in a small area it is fantastic with lovely plants all around it. The room was very spacious and the bathroom had an amazing huge bath to relax in as well as as a wet area shower too. Friendly helpful staff at reception and at breakfast. The breakfast was nice fresh tropical fruit was served and choice of eggs with extras (not a buffet style but included in the accomodation price) and tasty

There was an issue with the safebox but it was fixed the next day. Thanks Otherwise everything was great

Outstanding location for a relaxing stay

The location is great. It’s close enough to Pub Street area without all the noise. Angkor Mini Mart is just next door and good noodle shop for breakfast across the street. The reception is very helpful and friendly. They helped us arrange circus tickets that had no additional charge.

Nice hotel, excellent location and great helpful staff.

Great location and kind helpful staff

AC was not great. It was really warm in the room. They had a ceiling fan that worked great that saved us but it was so loud. Sounded like it was about to fly off.

Just amazing

It was a great hotel right in the center without any noise at night. Just ideal. The staff where so friendly and helpful you could not ask for better service. The breakfast was great I had a Cambodian breakfast which was great and my partner had a scrambled egg better than any in England. Could not recommend it more the location, facilities and services where 100%

Quiet hotel in the heart of the city.

Perfect location, very kind young staff, clean, luxurious room with some glitches. The staff tries really hard to make you feel right at home. They offered me a Sim card and even installed it on my phone. The location of this hotel is perfect with the grocery store touching the hotel on one side, and the motorbike rental on the other. Beware of noises. Parking on site. Security on site always trying to help. We loved our stay. Cleaning staff very efficient.

Some of the pictures do not represent the hotel very well. The sink in our room was completely falling apart. The door to the balcony does not close properly and allows the heavy amount of traffic noises outside to enter the room (and a lizard). It is extremely loud in the hotel due to the traffic and neighbouring night club. It’s a good idea to take the 30 second walk around the hotel to find lots of amenities that are offered at the hotel for a much higher price. The pool on our pool day was not operating. Good stay over all.
