The house is located only steps away from the beach, stores and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, and had nice extras such as a large second floor balcony, barbecue and beach umbrellas. Manuela was very helpful and responded to requests quickly. Check in and check out were smooth and apartment was exactly as presented in the posting. Overall a great place to stay while visiting Santa Maria Navarrese!

We had a lovely stay thanks to Manuela, the house is clean well equipped, perfect location just across the church and the beach with plenty of restaurants bars shops, ice cream parlour. Perfect peaceful family holiday

The house is the best we had during our trip, it is very tastefully furnished and the location within the town couldn't be any better. We didn't have any contact with Elisa as we only received the code to the lockbox but as everything ran smoothly, there was no major need for it, even though it would have been nice to meet her in person. I would definitely stay there again.

Lage Objekt nach langen Suchen gefunden. Ansprechpartner nicht erreicht. Nach haben wir erfahren Schlüssel unter Stühlen versteckt. Alles alleine ohne Einweisung bezogen. Ansprechpartner wollte am Anreise Tag am Abend vorbeikommen. Daraus wurde Mittwoch nächster Woche. Dusche Erdgeschoss defekt Kopf erneuert.Geschirr teilweise geklebt. 2.Dusche nach 2Tagen im Freien gefunden. Daneben Waschmaschine. Vorteil: Klimaanlage (Fernbedienung durch Zufall gefunden neben Mikrowelle) Grillparzer. Wir werden sicherlich nicht mehr bei Ihnen Buchen

We had to cancel our trip but our friends still enjoyed the property and sent us many lovely photos. Their child enjoyed the yard and the house was nicely kept and updated inside. The location was great for walking to the beach multiple times per day.

Nice location, beautiful surroundings

The apartment was super clean and comfortable, the host lady is very kind and speaks only Italian. Unfortunately there wasn't any microwave oven, however according to the description the kitchen is equipped with it. The bedroom in the basement was a bit chilly in March :) All in all we had a great holiday here and would absolutely recommend the accomodation.

Es war alles gut, außer das wir kein wlan hatten, im Inserat aber angegeben war das wir es haben. Aber ansonten nette Vermieter, die aber kein Deutsch oder Englisch konnten. Würde aber wieder buchen.

La propriété est très bien adaptée aux enfants en âge autonome : chambres en sous-sol bien séparée de celle des parents, terrain de foot à proximité immédiate de la maison, plage très proche également. Le rez-de-chaussée est petit mais fonctionnel, un peu sombre mais cela doit être appréciable en été. La chambre du haut avec terrasse est très agréable. Petit point négatif, l'équipement de la cuisine (vaisselle pas très équilibrée: par exemple des dizaines d'assiettes et très peu de cuillères, poêles vieillissantes ...) Enfin, bien que l'annonce indique la présence de la wifi, nous n'avons pu y avoir accès. La propriétaire ne parle qu'italien mais elle fait l'effort de comprendre si on ne maîtrise pas la langue. Elle est disponible et sympathique.

Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage. Wir waren mit sechs Personen dort einquartiert. Es war ein bisschen eng und nur in einem Bad eine Dusche. Im anderen Bad nur WC und Waschbecken. Zu viert wäre es ideal. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und beim ein- und auschecken hat alles super geklappt. Kommen gerne mal wieder.

Siamo stati ospiti di questa bella casa dal 18 luglio al 2 agosto 2019, 5 persone . È stata una bellissima vacanza , casa pulita con 2 bagni e con tutto quello che occorre per un piacevole soggiorno , molto vicina alla spiaggia , e soprattutto ai negozi per la spesa quotidina , volendo si può parcheggiare la macchina e usarla solo per qualche uscita per le belle spiagge dei dintorni , per qualsiasi problema la signora Elisa è sempre disponibile .

Vacanza perfetta!! La sig. ra Elisa gentilissima e disponibile. Appartamento in ottima posizione molto vicino al mare, al supermercato e locali, in centro paese. Pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i gli elettrodomestici e i comfort. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Kamers beneden wat muf maar staat een luchtververser. Stijle, smalle trap. Woonkamer krap maar terras beneden en boven erg fijn. Dicht bij zee. Eigenaar erg gastvrij maar spreekt alleen Italiaans.

Même si les différentes pièces sont réparties sur trois niveaux, on y trouve toutes les commodités.Les deux chambres du sous-sol ne sont pas climatisées et donc un peu chaudes mais la cuisine au rez-de-chaussé et la chambre à l'étage sont climatisées. Très grande proximité de la plage. On est aussi voisin de la place centrale où ont régulièrement lieu des animations en soirée. En 15 à 20 minutes à pieds, on atteint aussi le port d'où partent les bateaux pour rejoindre les merveilleuses plages de la côte. Santa Maria di Navarrese est un très beau lieu de séjour à la fois animé mais à taille humaine. Un séjour donc à recommander.

Unterkunft sehr sauber und modern, mit allen notwendigen Dingen eingerichtet, sogar 2 WC‘s vorhanden, schattige Veranda in den Morgenstunden, ideal zum Frühstücken im Freien. Nähe zum Strand (ca. 150 m) gegeben. Ferienhaus, das auf drei Stockwerken (Keller, Erdgeschoß, 1. Stock) verteilt ist. War am Anfang ungewohnt, vor allem die engen Treppen, man gewöhnte sich aber daran. Gut zu Fuß sollte man aber schon sein, vor allem nicht zu groß, da ich mit meinem 1,81 am Anfang immer wieder unliebsame Berührungen mit der Decke beim Treppensteigen hatte. WLAN zwar vorhanden, recht häufig aber mit einer Geschwindigkeit von unter 1 KB, so dass beim Surfen im Internet Geduld sehr wichtig war. Vermieterin dem Englischen leider nicht mächtig, so wie im Inserat angegeben, aber sollte es nur bei der Wohnungs-Übergabe bleiben, kein Problem, da das meiste ja eh selbsterklärend ist. Leider blieb es bei uns bezüglich des Kontakts nicht nur bei der Übergabe, so dass es Kommunikationstechnisch trotz diverser technischer Hilfsmittel doch sehr schwierig wurde. Im angebauten Haus dahinter wird momentan leider umgebaut, so dass wir morgens keinen Wecker benötigten, da das die Handwerker um acht Uhr morgens in Form eines aktiven Schlagbohrers ganz umsonst machten! Auch begleitete uns die Musik von Hämmern, Bohren, Schleifen und Sägen den ganzen Tag über, so dass tagsüber ein Aufenthalt eher ungünstig war. Hätten wir dies mit der Baustelle gewusst, wäre unsere Auswahl mit Sicherheit nicht auf diese Unterkunft gefallen. Wurde uns aber im Vorfeld leider nicht mitgeteilt. Laut Vermieterin wusste sie von dieser Baustelle nichts, dass wir Ihr aber nicht abnehmen, da laut gut sichtbaren öffentlichen Aushang die Erlaubnis zum Bauen im September 2017 gegeben wurde und Sie mit Sicherheit seitdem nicht mit uns zum ersten Mal dort gewesen ist. Es handelt sich zwar nicht um eine Großbaustelle, da sich das „Baustellen-Haus“ aber momentan im Rohzustand befindet, ist es mit Sicherheit keine kurze und schnell erledigte Baustelle. Unseren Nachmietern schon mal viel Spaß damit! Ein Urlaub, den wir so eigentlich nicht wiederholen möchten.

Petite maison idéalement située au cœur du village et près de la mer. Bien équipée pour la cuisine. Très calme et fraiche grâce à l'ombre de l'arbre à l'angle. Village paisible à taille humaine. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement.

Abbiamo trascorso la prima settimana di settembre a Santa Maria Navarrese. Casa accogliente e comoda. Posizione ottima, a due passi da tutti i servizi, spiaggia, negozi, ristoranti,porto turistico. Buona posizione anche per spostamenti che prevedono l'uso di un mezzo. Ci torneremo e consigliamo.
