apparemment agréable

l'appartement est spacieux et agréable, literie très confortable vous pouvez facilement etre 6 personnes. pour les équipements il y a les draps serviette, la cuisine est grande avec tout le nécessaire. restaurant à proximité très bon (Indien). une place de parking est à disposition. pour l'arrivée dans l'appartement led instructions sont claire ( arriver autonome) et l'hôte très agréable.

l'appartement a quelque défauts de finition le parquets un peu abîmé, la porte se la salle de bain ne ferme pas, la porte du placard tombe un peu mais rien de très contraignant pour le séjour.

Bel appartement bien situé

Bel appartement, bien situé. Emplacement pour la voiture situé à côté de l'appartement. Wifi fonctionne très bien

Canapé un peu défraîchi et abîmé. Il est temps de le changer

Квартира вполне устроила по расположению, парковке, цене. Кодовый замок на входе в дом и квартиру. Удобные кровати и матрасы, чистое белье, полотенца. Кухня хорошо укомплектована техникой и посудой. Комнаты большие, все как на фотографиях. Управляющая компания быстро реагирует на сообщения. Все инструкции четкие и понятные.

Немного потрепанные полы, стены, пыльные карнизы и жалюзи. Берется залог в 250 CAD и ещё непонятно за что 40 CAD. Сказали, что сразу вернут, но потом выяснила, что только через две недели на дебетную карту. Оплата по внешней ссылке, было страшно платить. Непонятно, почему не через сайт.

Had clean sheets, kitchen, and bathroom but dirty floors and uncomfortable couch.

Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Decent dining table and well equipped kitchen. Decent wifi. Nice plants and tasteful decor. Responsive, professional and friendly host.

One of the bedrooms had a funky smell. Many spider webs on the ceiling of the living room. Uncomfortable couch. Dirty floors. Payment with external link felt sketchy but it turned out fine.

Très bon emplacement proche du centre ville et avec une place de parking. Confort des lits et du canapé. Télévision récente et connectée, bon wifi

Très bel espace de vie.

L’appartement est très lumineux, spacieux et agréable.

A notre surprise, le manque d’efficacité du ménage dans l’appartement (moutons, papier de bonbons, feutres derrière le canapé et dans les placards) et dans la laverie (serviettes agglomérées derrière les sèches linges).

Nice place to stay

Excellent location, it was our first visit to Ottawa and everything seemed to be at walking distance. The apartment is nice and comfortable, well equipped with everything needed.

Will never use booking.com ever again.

Nothing at all

1. The payment links sent to me didnt work. 2. The address given to me was wrong. 3. The folks said they would only talk to me when i made all payments, which i wasnt opposed to at all. I wasnt clear as to how would i make those payments. 4. They asked for a $250 security deposit, the oayment link wasnt working and they wouldnt pick up my ohone till i made the payment. It was a vicious circle. 5. The telephone numbers in the confirmation email didmt work.

Very enjoyable.

It's a large apartment. The beds are very comfortable and it's in a decent neighborhood. It's also well located.

The shower isn't great, the toilet needs repair and the place needs a bit of love.

It was ok, would not recommend to my friends or family.

Location was good. Parking easy. Clear directions for entry

Bathroom was ok. Could have been cleaned better. There was no wine glassware. There was no knives that could cut even a baguette in the house. There was no paper towel, no Kleenex, no extra towels in kitchen. Only one hand towel. AC was not central air, just one stand alone AC unit at each end of the space. Flooring was very worn as was the couch that was billed as a place to sleep.

Great value and spacious place for large family.

The ground floor apartment had plenty of space for the 5 of us which was great. The owners were also really helpful and friendly. The apartment was easy to find, had free parking and was only a 20 minute walk from Byward Market. It made getting around and seeing the places we wanted to see very easy.

The property does need a bit of “tender, love and care” as it could be an amazing place.

Definitely we will go back there!!

It’s affordable and great location, great place to stay and most important nice host they response riight away.

Since we are group of 10 it would be perfect if there is extra washroom even just half bathroom is fine.

Exactly what you’d expect for the price

I loved the price and the owners were amazing with us getting back to us promptly and making sure everything was taken care of. Great restaurant around the corner from the place.

The location was abit dicey for our liking, there were stains on the bedding in one room and on the couch. The cleaning crew did not notice the guests before left dirty diapers on the back porch.

A disappointing stay

The location is close to grocery stores and close to center if you're driving (not walkable and not a nice area). Check in was easy and parking lot was private. Host was responsive when we called about an issue with the bathroom.

The building is very poorly constructed - floors are uneven, there is no sound insulation at all and you can hear loudly *every* movement of the upstairs tenants (in our case they were moving furniture and running around until midnight and it was impossible to sleep), we also had to heat the water pipe to the toilet with a hair dryer because it froze and didn't flush. One of the elements of the cooktop was not working. The kitchen is not well equipped.

Pre check in was convoluted but apartment was good

Elissa was helpful and quick to respond. The apartments offered plenty of space in a good location for a great price.

The bathroom was small and older. The check in process was complicated when travelling around and having multiple bookings. Booking.com made it seem simple but with no front desk onsite, there are multiple pre registration, security deposit steps before arrival.

Not the greatest place in Ottawa

Easy parking and relatively quick access to the center

The place was dirty (dirty bathroom, stains on the couch, lots of dust, unclean silverware without any sponge to do the dishes), sheets for the sofa were missing and although they were quick to answer they told us that it was normal, finally the obligation to do the check-in AND the payment on two different platforms (none being Booking directly) was less than ideal
