Nice place but lacks customer service.

Close to Parliament/downtown!

We could not book one extra night. Had to keep asking rather than being informed by staff for an opening.

Would not stay with Hilton again because of the pet policy.

The amenities staff and location were great

The pet policy whereby there are no pet free rooms or floors. Our room and the hotel elevators and corridors smelt like dogs had frequently been present and the smell had not been cleaned away. This was extremely disappointing as our special request when booking with booking.com was for a non-pet room. As this was not possible at the time of booking we should have been informed so we could book elsewhere. We were never comfortable due to the smell, and had to encounter barking dogs at reception and in the lobby

Ottawa marathon stay!

I traveled for the Ottawa marathon and the hotel was in a perfect location. Having a mini kitchen was key to bring my nutrition pre-race. Highly recommended!

Relaxing, friendly, enjoyable holiday stay

The staff were very friendly and recognised us as repeat guests. It was good that decaffeinated coffee and tea was readily available. Pastries and baked goods provided were tasty Dinner in the bar was very good, service excellent and staff super friendly and customer orientated. Hotel room was excellent for someone requiring assistance. The pool and laundry facilities were an added benefit for length of our stay. All the staff could not have done more to assist with our stay.

We had the buffet although we were not aware that there was an ala carte menu which would have been nice. Would have liked more choice on hot buffet and overall more continental style options with cheese, cold meats would have made it a better experience. More choice of coffees would have been an added benefit.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Tulip-Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten (zB Gemüse oder Wurstscheiben). Es gab nur Filterkaffee oder Tee inklusive, keinen Cappuccino o.ä.) In unserem Zimmer hat man trotz abgeschalteter Klimaanlage noch Lüftungsgeräusche gehört.

Pleasant Stay

Our hotel stay at Homewood suites by Hilton was pleasant. I like that it was clean and had an upscale/luxurious feel. The decor and suite with the kitchen was a bonus. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, quite a variety of foods to choose from. The staff was pleasant.

Our least favorite was the swimming pool temp...it was rather too cold 🥶🥶🥶 so we were a bit disappointed.

Bel hôtel bien situé et bon rapport qualité-prix.

Hôtel très bien situé à une distance où tout (ou presque) peut se faire à pied. Personnel très gentil qui parle français et qui connaît bien la ville. Petit déjeuner inclus très copieux et bon. Suite avec cuisine toute équipée, possibilité d'apporter une petite épicerie et de se cuisiner des diners et soupers, ce qui est super pratique avec une petite famille. Chambre rénovée et salle de bain super. Le divan-lit est moins confortable que le grand lit king, mais c'était tout de même ok pour 2 nuits. Grande piscine chauffée ouverte en soirée.

Le sol autour de la piscine aurait eu besoin d'un nettoyage quotidien : beaucoup de cheveux non ramassés.

Loved it.

The breakfast was good. Good variety on the continental buffet. We also loved the staff. The overall place was clean. We loved the room that we got.

The room was very dry. Overall, the hotel was very dry. We woke up both nights with very dry nose, lips, and dehydrated. We did not drink alcohol so we can't blame it on that. I recommend looking at the humidity level of the building.

I loved the hotel the first time I booked it but after the second time, I’m not sure I’d go back.

The staff in the breakfast dining were lovely, The pool was nice and warm and the morning staff at the checkout were amazing

There was a gentleman at the front desk the evening that we arrived that wasn’t very welcoming, he proceeded to make us wait for quite a while and ended up giving us a different room from what was asked for( I requested for a room with a bath tub from my booking).

La qualité au centre d'Ottawa

La localisation est parfaite, en plein centre. Se garer en ville est compliqué donc le parking est indispensable si vous avez une voiture. Il y a un ascenseur qui va directement dans l'hôtel c'est parfait. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et qualitatives. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très bon, il est servi à partir de 6h. Allez y sans réfléchir c'est un super hôtel !

Rien à redire tout est parfait.

Quelques petits inconvénients, mais somme toute un très bon séjour, on y retournerait.

Le personnel exceptionnel, la grandeur de la chambre, la piscine, les déjeuners.

Le prix du souper est plutôt élevé, le divan-lit peu confortable et certains produits comme le shampooing étaient vides.

Travel is very costly for a family now adays and I will come back because the rates are affordable.

I was very impressed with the Kitchen (full fridge, stove, oven & microwave) in the rooms and I was also very impressed with the mattress (both on the bed and the pull out couch). comfort on the pull out couch was very impressive.

My only constructive comment would be if there was a 24 hour free coffee bar by the water and lemon set up. By all means, not a deal breaker but it would be nice.
