About this house rental

Joint house in a gated community with pool and garden. Prime location next to the pine forest and beach cliff (pedestrian). Quiet and very pleasant area of charming holiday villas, luxurious hotels and pedestrian access to restaurants, bars, mini-market and other shops.
Fully equipped kitchen features (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing) with barbecue on the balcony, facing the pine forest.
The dining room, with fireplace, TV, has direct access to the patio facing the pool and garden.
The suite (double bed and TV) has a terrace overlooking the pine forest and Epic Sana. The remaining two bedrooms (double bed + 2 single beds) have a balcony facing the pool and garden.
3 WC (1 bath, 1 shower)
Unmissable: riding the pine forest and along the beach (you can go to Vilamoura, enjoying the breathtaking cliffs or going to the opposite side, find the sources in Agua eyes and go through the caves if the tide permits.

If you like fresh fish, we recommend Peixaria Falesia and meals on the terrace:-)

Alles was man braucht!

Es passte einfach alles, die Ausstattung war der Wahnsinn vom Küchenequipment bis hin zu den sehr hochwertigen Elektrogeräten wie zb Fernseher, Klimaanlage und Weinschrank. Klasse Pool und einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Vielen Dank dafür.

Schöne Wohnung in einer netten privaten Anlage. Der Pool direkt vor unserer Terrasse , dahinter ein Parkplatz und weite Sicht. Zum Meer 3 nur Minuten und man ist jedes Mal wieder sprachlos wie schön es dort ist .

Estivemos pela segunda vez na propriedade num espaço de 2 anos, casa extremamente bem equipada ( a melhor em que já estivemos) ótima localização, praia e comércio à distância a pé, nunca utilizamos o carro. Os proprietários estão sempre disponíveis para contacto e são extremamente simpáticos

Wir waren 2 Ehepaare um die 60 Jahre und hatten in der Zeit vom 18.09. bis 09.10. einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Wir wurden durch den Vermieter sehr freundlich begrüßt. Weil wir erst sehr spät die Unterkunft erreicht haben, war der Kühlschrank mit den notwendigsten Lebensmitteln gefüllt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr modern ausgestattet. Es fehlte nichts. Alles super. Leider standen nur zwei deutsche Fernsehsender zur Verfügung (RTL und DW) Schade. Dafür hatten wir über das kostenlose Internet die Möglichkeit über unser Tablet deutsche Sender zu empfangen. Die ruhige Lage war sehr schön. Das Wetter war super, täglich 28-32 Grad. Die Wassertemperaturen waren angenehme 23 Grad. Angenehm der kurze Weg zum Strand. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wie beschrieben ist das Haus vollständig ausgestattet, ausreichend groß für fünf Personen, der Pool liegt direkt vor der Terrasse, die von einer Markise sonnengeschützt wird. Der beeindruckende Strand an der Steilküste „Praja Falésia“ ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreicht. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar bei Rückfragen und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und bedanken uns für einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Insbesondere hervorheben möchten wir die sehr umfangreich ausgestattete Küche, die keine Wünsche offen ließ und einen fußläufig zu erreichenden Supermarkt, der alles an bieten kann, was man im Urlaub benötigt.

Tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, nous avons passé un agréable séjour ensoleillé dans ce remarquable appartement où rien ne manque La proximité de la plage ( et de la piscine, bien sur ) évite d'utiliser un véhicule, pas facile à garer, près de cette plage magnifique mais très prisée Nous recommandons ce lieu comme base permettant d'explorer la côte mais aussi de sympathiques villages chargés d'histoire - Halles et marchés permettent de se ravitailler en produits de qualité et les bons restaurants ne manquent pas Véhicule recommandé - location aisée à l'aéroport de FARO ( 35 mn )

We had a wonderful stay a this comfortable and clean apartment. Perfect service in case of directions or problems to be solved and things you need in and around the house. All the comforts one needs nearby, as in pool (all to ourself most of the time), beach and a small shopping area with restaurants. Plenty of things to do in the Algarve area. Definitely a place to return to.

Lovely house near beautiful beach and cliffs. We had a wonderful time and had pool to ourselves, close to shops and restaurants and we enjoyed the football table! My family and I enjoyed a stay in this lovely property. The house is very well presented, had everything you need and more and was in a prime location near restaurants and a truly amazing beach. Patty and Moises were so helpful from start to finish and responded to questions immediately every time. Our favourite restaurant by far was Flor de Mar and can thoroughly recommend. I would also thoroughly recommend the house, you will not be dissapointed. Thank you Patty and Moises.

Great location

We were here for 2 weeks in late January. Located an easy walk with steep stairs to the beautiful beach. Restaurants and groceries nearby. Big issue was the home was freezing cold when we arrived. Took 2 full days to get the living room up to a comfortable level. Kitchen and eating area have no heat, and we had to purchase a small heater to make the room bearable. Bathrooms also have no heat and were very cold. We realize that there was a cold snap, but things would have been much better if in preparation for guests the heaters had been turned on a day or two before. Gate lock was difficult. My brother bought lock spray which helped somewhat but we had a struggle with opening it each time. He also assisted a guest from another unit who was giving up in frustration. Lock needs to be changed. Otherwise unit was comfortable, well kept and a good size for the three of us.

Beautiful house very close to beach

We had a very relaxing stay at this villa. The house is fabulous in a small complex of similar properties. It was very quiet when we stayed and had the pool to ourselves most days. The house is very well served with everything you need, including an excellent washing machine (god send for sandy clothes). The only minor complaint we had was that there was no kettle in the kitchen ...we british like a cup of tea! The house itself is very close access to the beautiful Falesia beach and town square, which has a fantastic cafe (Gelataria Cavalero??) where we went for an evening drink overlooking the square. Patricia was a very welcoming host and was in contact during our stay to check that everything was to our liking. We will definitely be back soon.
