This unit sleeps 4 in beds. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the third floor. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. Linens and towels are provided. TVs are in the living room, master bedroom, and guest room. Content is supplied by DirectTV, and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has two single beds. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.

We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

We stayed here with a group of friends/family and it was an awesome experience. We were able to check in early and get right to the beach! The condo is located perfectly on the beach so it’s not far of a walk and the sounds of the waves crashing at night is so peaceful! Would definitely recommend for all ages! Overall great stay!

Absolutely loved the SHORT distance to the beach, the view was amazing! The beach was semi private, it was never crowded, the pool looked out over the area and was amazing, never busy. The overall complex is quiet, people nice, and clean. The condo itself was the perfect, home away from home and we WILL be using this location as our regular spot for travel!

Our stay was for a month and this was a wonderful holiday home…directly on the beach. Every facility you could possibly need.. Great location with brilliant views of the satellite launches from the balcony. The staff in the office were extremely pleasant and helpful. Within walking distance of great restaurants and a few minutes drive to shops etc. Would totally recommend it Can not wait to return.

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean!! The ladies at the office were great and very helpful. The only downside was the rocks in water at the beach. We had to drive several miles down the road to have beach time. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We stayed here for two weeks as a working vacation. My wife an I both work remote, so what better place to do it than on the beach. The unit could use some minor updating, but it served it purpose well. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was great and you could almost jump over the railing and onto the beach. The two bedroom unit had plenty of space for four people plus two separate computer work areas. Parking is somewhat tight if you are driving a big vehicle.

This is a great location. The ocean is right in front of your patio with awesome views of the coastline and we even saw a rocket launch which was spectacular. The unit was very nice, comfortable, had all the amenities, convenient to other activities, pool was very nice and easy access to the sand. Would be good for families or just a couple's weekend getaway.

The ocean view was amazing through the 2 sliding doors in master and living room. I sat on the balcony watching the ocean almost all the time we were in the condo. Super easy walk down the stairs and around the building to the beach. Could watch the kids playing on the sand from the balcony if I didn’t feel like going. Spacious master bathroom. Super well-stocked kitchen. Clean. Nice setup with master by the ocean and second bedroom towards the back for privacy between the two. Would definitely return!

Super amazing views from this condo! Loved having time with my husband and kiddos here. We loved the heated pool as well! Kitchen was nice and updated. Also fiesta Jalisco Mexican restaurant was only a block or so away and was amazing food! All over great time! Very quiet and peaceful.

The beach at this condo is great! There were a few beach chairs available, though the “toys/boards” were limited or in pretty rough shape. The amenities were fine - think they could spring for a couple of Tide pods. Can’t say enough about the location - was close to everything but far enough away to offer a little solitude. Has made us consider starting a beach holiday tradition!

We needed a getaway! We specifically booked this condo based on other reviews stating it had EVERYTHING needed for a week at the beach and it did not disappoint! We rolled in with nothing but a backpack! Everything we needed for 4 at the beach was supplied! Beautiful condo, quiet beach! We saw a sea turtle come up to lay late one night and the bioluminescent kayak tour was worth every penny! This is truly a hidden gem and possibly our new favorite state side vaca!

In Florida for a softball tournament. Property is just 25 minutes from the Space Coast Stadium. Rooms were fully stocked and had updated kitchen and bathrooms. My teenagers enjoyed the pool and that we were just steps away from the beach. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxed and friendly environment.

The Apartment and Building we felt was well maintained. Good location and nice outdoor pool along with view of Beach. Only thing that needs to be addressed is the main bathroom (not Master) was not draining properly . We called property manager . Man showed up to address / take care off problem . He showed up when said he would. Only problem was that what he did to correct it , didn't work. Hopefully they will fix the problem. Other than that we would recommend staying there.
