This unit sleeps 4 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 as we can provide an air mattress. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units are direct ocean front. Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the sixth floor. Great views of the rocket launches and cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. Linens and towels are provided. TVs are in the living room, master bedroom, and guest room. Content is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has two single beds. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Conveniently located near Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, and many restaurants. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.

We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and American Airlines.

What a Fantastic getaway. The condo was perfect. What a great place to really relax. Every window had a great view of the ocean. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach. I have never seen so many beautiful shells in my life. We will definitely be back.

This is our second year at this resort and definitely did not disappoint. We love everything about it, the space, cleanliness, how they think of extra things we might need not only for the room but also for the beach, just perfect! We lacked nothing and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Deck is amazing and we loved being on the end with all the windows and privacy. Indian Harbor located near to everything we wanted to do. Hope to come back again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The beach and pool are wonderful. The area has plenty to offer in dining and shopping. We rented a boat and took our own tour of the inlet. On another day we went to the Space Center. On another we went on an airboat ride. Great place to stay and great memories! Thank you!

The beach was phenomenal and quiet! The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay (to include beach towels, chairs and umbrellas). Both Cindy and Wendy were super sweet and professional. The only complaint I had is I wish the master bathroom had better water pressure, but I am a little bit of a shower snob. The unit is dated, but we spent more time on the beach and doing fun activities so no bother there. The beds were also super comfy which we appreciated. Thank you for being part of our vacation!

We could not have been more pleased with this beautiful condo. Not only was it tastefully decorated, but very clean, and the views from this corner 6th floor (top) unit were phenomenal. All the necessities were provided, and the rooms were large and comfortable. Wendy made check-in a breeze. A great place to vacation - did not disappoint on any count!

We really enjoyed the closest ocean view of all the condos in the area. It is a beautiful and quiet beach. The property manager went out of her way to answer all of our questions and make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely return!

Traveling from Texas during this pandemic is scary, but my husband was in the area for work so I joined him with our toddler for a quick getaway. This condo was exactly what we needed and more. We were in awe when we walked in and saw the amazing view of the ocean. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy our time. If we ever make it back to this area, we will definitely rent again!

The condo was very nice and well appointed. The beach was almost under the balcony -- real toes in the sand experience. We had an issue with the smoke alarm system one night, and I would update the master bedroom mattress, but other than that the place was well located and quite comfortable.

The property looks just like it does in the photos. It's an end unit, and you will have a panoramic view of the ocean! The deck is awesome. You will enjoy a "pelican's eye view" of pelicans flying by. The unit has everything you need for cooking and enjoying the beach. The pool was nice and there's a cute little Tiki bar for your use with a huge gas grill adjoining it for cook-outs. Lots of opportunities to view sea turtles, dolphins, manatees, and other sea life. Checking in and out was easy and fast. Indian Harbour Beach is close to Melbourne and Cocoa Beach, so lots of activities to choose from. I highly recommend this unit and area of coastline for beach-lovers.

We mostly enjoyed our stay, in spite of the weather. Howev er the list of chores on the day of our check out was ridiculous. We had to strip the beds and put all the towels in a laundry basket. We had to not only run the dishwasher (which we do anyway) but we had to put the dishes away. And we had to take the trash to the garbage shoot down the hall. We're wondering what the cleaning fee was for. With four people that is alot to do on a day when we had to be out of the unit by 11am. We rent a condo every summer and never had so much to do prior to check out. We will not come back to this condo.

Our stay there could not be more perfect. We were close to everything we like to do. The view of the ocean was just breathtaking. Our condo was so spacious, clean, and had absolutely everything we needed....I got up every morning to watch the sunrise. Just absolutely could not have chosen a more pleasant place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. We have stayed at Indian Harbor Beach Club in the past, but not in this unit. We would recommend it to anyone and will ask to stay here on our next visit.
