War im Ganzen ok. Aber diesen Stress werde ich mir in diesem Apartment nicht mehr antun.

Ruhige Lage. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge

Keine Internetverbindung. Wegen 18 € Steuer musste ich extra 20 km in die Stadt fahren. Kein Onlinebanking möglich. Bei der Rezeption mussten wir eine Stunde sinnlos verbringen weil niemand anwesend war. Erst nach langem hin und her kam endlich eine Dame der Rezeption vom 1. Stock herunter. Unverschämt, Gäste wegen 18 € Steuer einem solange warten zu lassen wegen dem Code für den Schlüssel. Alles war schon bezahlt, bis auf diese Steuer. Hätte man auch schon vorher bezahlen können. Mich hat es nur geärgert dass diese Dame nicht an ihrem Arbeitsplatz war, obwohl sie wusste dass wir anwesend waren. Und es gab keinen Backofen um eine Pizza z. B. zu backen.

A Recommended Accomodation for a Memorable Stay in Rural Andorra

This is not a luxury apartment, but it is clean. We like the superb location in the Parish of Ordino, which is generally the more quiet area in Andorra. The premises sits across a beautiful creek, complimented by what looks like a small Roman bridge. The apartment itself is good, despite a generally unfinished impression and there being rooms for improvement. The distance to anywhere is quite manageable (to Andorra La Vella at 30 minutes driving, to La Massana at 15 minutes and to Ordino central at 5 minutes), while walking around in the hood was a highly pleasing experience. We would definitely love to come back, especially when the little issues below are sorted out.

We believe there are still rooms for improvement, such as (i) providing heater and (ii) basic wifi internet connection. We would definitely love to come back, especially when the little issues are sorted out in the future.

Una vez allí nos encontramos sin wifi, cosa que pea los que venimos de fuera es fatal, ya no por el hecho de ser gente joven sino por avisar a nuestras familia de que habíamos llegado bien. El sofá cama estaba hundido y era imposible dormir allí, dos trozos de espuma incomodísimos. El tema del agua caliente un chiste, siendo 5 personas solamente 2 pudimos ducharnos con agua caliente. La calefacción era notable por su ausencia y tuvimos que dormir con térmicas porque las mantas olían a sudado de 3 semanas. El grupo de arriba que habían por lo menos 10 personas estuvo de fiesta hasta las tantas. La mesa donde se supone que debíamos comer estaba rota. El suelo parecía que lo habían fregado con algún tipo de producto graso porque se quedaba la marca todas las pisadas. No repetiríamos ni que nos paguen este alojamiento. Experiencia nefasta, nada recomendable.

Muy cerca de las pistas de Ordino

Iba con un poco de miedo por algunos comentarios pero la verdad es que me sorprendió gratamente. El apartamento estaba limpio, cama cómoda y con todos los servicios correctos. Nos dieron un apartamento superior al que habíamos contratado. Pero lo mejor es que están muy cerca de las pistas de ski de Ordino

Mejoraría que dieran la opción de tener wifi aunque fuera pagando

El apartamento está muy bien, no tuve ningún problema, respuestas rápidas a mis dudas, bien amueblado, confortable practico y buena localización si quieres hacerte fotos y tranquilidad.El apartamento está a 15 minutos del centro.

Decepcionante

El único punto positivo de este alojamiento es, realmente, la cercanía a las pistas de esquí de Ordino-Arcalís. Por destacar algo más, diría que está ubicado en un sitio bonito, en plena naturaleza y con vistas al río/montañas.

En primer lugar, el apartamento NO dispone de Wi-fi. Es algo que no puedo entender en pleno S.XXI y más con lo que pagamos de alojamiento. Así pues, estuvimos incomunicados durante la estancia. La calefacción calienta poco y tarda mucho en atemperar el piso. Me comentaron que va por suelo radiante... Pero no se notaba mucha cosa. El menaje del hogar es ESCASÍSIMO. Una sola olla y una sartén para un apartamento de, supuestamente, 10 personas... Además, las paredes son de papel y se oye todo de los demás vecinos. Finalmente, de 4 personas que éramos, solo 1 de nosotros pudo darse una ducha después de esquiar (fue de 10 minutos). Los demás, no pudimos ducharnos porque nos quedamos sin agua caliente. Una vergüenza. Contacté con el alojamiento y me comentaron que debíamos esperar 40 minutos entre 1 persona y otra... Para NO volver.

No repetiré.

El apartamento era grande y la ubicación era tranquila y bonita.

El apartamento no tiene WIFI, con lo cual, si tienes algún problema y tienes que comunicarte con el personal del apartamento tienes que recorrer unos 20min en coche para encontrar wifi y poder ponerte en contacto con ellos. La calefacción no calienta apenas. La primera noche tuve que dormir con sudadera, un nórdico y dos mantas (viejas y de muy mal aspecto). La calefacción tienes encenderla tú mismo y te mandan un libro de instrucciones digital. Está el termo detrás de un armario que tienes que separar de una pared con el peligro que conlleva que eso se te caiga encima. Te piden una fianza y te exigen un montón de cosas para lo poco que ofrecen ellos. Muy mal servicio. Desde luego no repetiré.

Apartamento grande y moderno sin wifi

El apartamento era muy grande, tenía 2 habitaciones, y estaba muy limpio.

No tenía wifi, por lo que al estar en Andorra que no tiene rooming desde España, te quedabas un poco incomunicado. Tampoco había ningún set de baño/ jabón de manos

Una estancia genial

La ubicación, rodeado de naturaleza. El cielo de noche es impresionante. El parking está muy bien y tiene ascensor para llegar a tu alojamiento.

Comfy , clean ,spacious apartment

Very spacious, clean place. Staff are very helpful even though they dont speek much English Comfy beds Good size kitchen with all the amenities needed Lovely location bit far from the town. But was not an issue because we drove . Free parking .

Wonderful potential but design faults need adjustment. Inventories need checking before guests arr.

Location was superb. The general layout of the flat is very good and there is plenty of good useable space. One or two minor irritating design faults however. See below.

The apartment is obviously not yet finished but still adequate. Most of the blinds didn’t work due, either to being broken or mounted too close to the tops of windows. Bath was good as was the shower but the basins were awful. They are very modern and look good but hold little water which spills over the deep scalloped edges as soon as the hands are put in ! ! The second smaller toilet is very cramped - for example one cannot open the door without it banging into the toilet and it is difficult to stand up from the toilet without banging one’s head if the door is closed. Reposition the toilet through 90deg to face the sink ? ? The kitchen inventory clearly hadn’t been checked and adjusted prior to our arrival - for example we had ‘three’ frying pans but only one (large) saucepan but - four lids and one broken saucepan handle. Loads of plates, bowls and mugs but only two wine glasses ! ! Every evening the sound of workmen shouting up and down the stairs or operating machinery in B32 next door was an irritation. This sounds very bad but it was the end of season and we still enjoyed our stay in this beautiful country.

OK for the money but the check-in process could be improved!

The apartment was spacious. However, it was too hot. It is not possible to control the heat so that in the night our mouth and noses were dry.

The whole process of picking up the keys is complicated. The Hotel where I was told to pick up the keys is not easy to find. Also checking in is only possible after 17.00, which is quite late when you have kids with you and they need a afternoon nap. The apartment is in the middle of nowhere as there are no shops, restaurants or anything else within the walking distance.

It was very well heated, and the views

There was no wifi in the building, only in the reception which is 5min away by car. One of the twin beds made way too much sound when moving, even sleeping, we had to sleep both in one because I was waking up at night because of the sound.

Very poor

There was no heating, we spent the night in the cold with 8 degree below zero outside. We left the apartment in the morning because the the guy said when he came in the morning that the apartment was hot knowing that it was. So we divided to leave before the end of our stay and we didn't get a refund unfortunately .... The stay was very bad 😔 and the staff not helpful If your are planing to spend a good and warm winter holidays this not you place - please avoid this place !!!!
