San Jose central downtown is an old historic and new high tech urban city. Many custom houses are over 100 years old. The mass and scale, form, materials and architectural details of the buildings are the elements that distinguish one architectural style from another, or even older neighborhoods from newer and urban developments. Old custom houses with the unique features and new stylish modern homes are perfectly stunning to you as well in this beautiful old town of San Jose!

Beautifully designed 2-story loft style condo with gym, pool, and a balcony - very rare unit.
1200 sq. foot. 1 bedroom Loft with 2 baths!
Our Master Bedroom was just upgraded with a brand new QUEEN size bed with a luxury foam mattress. It's located upstairs and has a large walk-in closet.
Queen size comfy air mattress available front room located downstairs with sliding door and bathroom.
Spacious living room, with a large couch to sleep two people, -full kitchen, dining area and the loft is fully equipped with office desk and dual screen monitors.
High-speed wireless WiFi.
OLED 50" Smart TV screen (Netflix, Amazon, some news and sports channels).
Dishwasher, washer and dryer, hairdryer, garment steamer, iron with the iron board, printer, AC/heater/fan thermostat, multiple wardrobe sets and closest with hangers-.
Nespresso coffee machine.
Kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, ice maker, tea starter, snacks and a variety of soft drinks.
Dedicated underground parking space in a secure garage below the unit - steps from the elevator.

• Only 15 minutes for walking distance and 6 minutes for driving to Diridon Bart station , 2.3 miles and 10 minutes for driving to Caltrain station traveling north to SF and south to Gilroy. Light Rail and bus stations are nearby as well.

Great access to all major freeways . Very close to the airport, downtown San Jose, Japan town all public transportation, Valley Fair mall and Santana Row are 5 minutes away driving dependent on traffic. But we are so close to the major freeways so getting around is a breeze.
Other Public transport available are no more than 10 minutes walk:
VTA, BART, CalTrain, Santa Cruz Metro
are within 1-15min walk
