About this house rental

It is a beautiful modern house built in 2011, well maintained and modernly decorated.

It is located in a very quiet area a little away from the center of Bayonne but only 8 km from the beaches of Anlget 10 km from those of Tarnos and Biarritz, 3 km from the center of Bayonne, 900 m a shopping center, with a bus stop at the end of the street.

It has a large bright living room of 45 m2 and overlooking the swimming pool, with spacious fully equipped kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double bed and one with 2 twin beds, all with wall-mounted flat screen as well as 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower and 1 bathtub.

It also has a large covered terrace with gas barbecue ideal for dining outside but sheltered from the rain and offering a shaded area.

The swimming pool is heated to 30 degrees throughout the summer and doubly secured by a glass barrier and an immersed electric shutter.

Finally it enjoys a large garden (total plot of 1000 m2) lush and maintained.

We spent a lot of time looking at rentals in the area. When we found this, we knew right away that it was the best one for our family. It's in a quiet neighborhood with private parking. It's conveniently located close to autoroutes, downtown, beaches, and no less than 3 major supermarkets. It's a beautiful modern house with large glass that let in a lot of light. And it's got a lovely pool. The owner is very attentive and communicative. The rent is good for all that you get. You really won't find a better value in the area..

Très bien accueilli par jean il a sue se rendre disponible quand on avait besoin l’endroit et juste magnifique très belle espace piscine chauffer , les enfants on eu aussi leurs attractions Tobogant, tranpoline je vous le recommande .

Perfekt ausgestattetes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Der Garten mit dem beheizten Pool ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und von dort aus sind viele Ausflugsziele (Bayonne Stadt, Biarritz, San Sebastián und die Strände etc.) schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und vor Ort erreichbar. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus und in dieser schönen Gegend und kommen gerne wieder!

Magnifique séjour dans une villa qui a tenue toutes ses promesses : piscine très agréable, jardin très bien entretenu, intérieur soigné et bien équipé, chambres confortables... Ce lieu est parfaitement bien pensé pour finir paisiblement la journée après avoir côtoyé les vagues de l'océan. Enfin, pour ne rien enlever au lieu, les propriétaires sont irréprochables dans leur disponibilité et leur accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Excellent house for a family with 4-6 people with nice swimming pool and kitchen with all you need

Very nice house with all facilities in a quiet area. Everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. We found the kitchen very well equipped and using the barbeque we made many of our meals at home. The house was very clean and fresh with two excellent bathrooms. We loved the pool and the outside relaxing area after surfing on the beach all day. Also good supermarket only 5 min drive away by car. The only drawback was perhaps the distance to the beach, but having a car this was no problem. We loved the house and will visit Biarritz and the area again.

Maison magnifique !

Nous avons adoré cette maison qui a de très belles prestations. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et même par mauvais temps nous y étions bien car elle est très lumineuse. Bien sûr lorsque l'on peut profiter de la piscine et du barbecue c'est encore mieux ! Tout était parfait, rien ne manquait, beaucoup d'attentions de la part du propriétaire. De plus elle est très bien située, en voiture on est à 5 mn du centre de Bayonne. Biarritz n'est pas loin non plus bref un très bon pied à terre pour explorer la région basque. Dès que l'occasion se présentera nous y reviendrons.
