About this apartment rental
This property is very well cleaned & disinfected behind every Guest. Linens & soft goods are hot-water washed, Lysol disinfected. All baths and horizonal surfaces are Clorox wiped cleaned. Disinfecting wipes stocked under every sink.
This newly renovated (2018) townhouse condo has over 2,500 SF overlooking beautiful Pensacola Beach. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a full bath attached. Keyless entry to the unit makes for ease of access. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric range with convection oven, dishwasher, under the counter ice maker, and french door refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and flatware. The dining area and den have a beautiful view of the gulf and beach. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and the spacious den has a large flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player. There is also a Blue Ray DVD player in one bedroom. The unit has high speed wireless internet. The pool can be viewed from the large balcony off of the den. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo.
Walk directly onto one of the three balconies from three bedrooms and the den. The master bedroom has a private balcony with a great view of the beach where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the two chaise lounge chairs. The den and one bedroom share a large balcony with a table and 6 sling chairs for gathering during the day or evening. Another bedroom has a large private balcony facing the north side of the property. This balcony can also be accessed from the kitchen.
The beaches are never crowded at this 33 unit complex that includes a pool, poolside deck and poolside bathrooms (also on keypad). Beach chairs can be rented from local vendors. The free trolley that takes you to all the activities Pensacola Beach has to offer, which runs Memorial Day to Labor Day, stops a few steps from complex. Peg Leg Pete's, a longtime favorite dining spot, is a short walk away
Your semi-private 2 car garage parking is located directly under the unit 1 garage for small vehicle, other large vehicle. There is room to store beach gear. There is NO ELEVATOR to the unit, 28 steps w/landings at every 7 steps. Once inside condo, main floor is living room, kit, 2 bdrm/2ba, 3rd floor, 14 steps, are 2bd/2ba & laundry.
In order to make the most of your vacation and hopefully minimize the time spent in traffic, this unit rents Sunday to Sunday from mid-May until mid-August. The minimum age requirement of 25 years old is strictly enforced and this adult must physically occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. The maximum occupancy of ten (10) guests, including children, is also strictly enforced. Due to medical conditions of the owners NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed in this condo.

This condo was PERFECT for a family of eight. The location was key for our family. The lay out of the property could not have been better. The beach was so close, our children enjoyed every minute. Also, it is close to shops, restaurants and entertainment! Every age family member was very complimentary of the unit, amenities and location. We will be back! This property did not disappoint.

Once again, our party of 10 had a great stay at this condo. The location can’t be beat. Being on the beach without having to cross the street, and having such easy and private beach access, is absolutely perfect! Communication with owner is also top notch. The unit is as described and has plenty of room. We always cook when we are there and have everything we need. I have stayed there several times before and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This condo was perfect for 2 families with children. Lots of areas for both quiet and socializing. Cannot say enough about it! Loved the 2 car garage and the closeness to the beach. Condo was clean and had kitchen supplies like salt, coffee filters, tea available for our use. Perfect choice!

Everything was as it appeared on the listing. Very clean and easy to access. We all had plenty of space and were all so thankful for all of the extras. The beach towels, toys, all the paper goods which allow you to relax and not have to run off as soon as you check in.
The proximity to the beach was the best part of the experience. The views from the balconies and the main room were great. The pool was chilled and a welcome sight after a long day on the beach.
Worth noting the stairs are all covered and easy enough to manage.
The only comment I have is the Wi-Fi was a challenge all week and was spotty.
Out family had a great time and. we were very pleased with the condo.

Lovely home, beautiful views. My daughters wedding was unforgettable, and having four private bedrooms and bathrooms was a god send. House had everything we needed to pull off a big family brunch and giving my elderly parents all the comforts of home.

On the beach at Pensacola Beach
This property is wonderfully convenient to the beach. The inside is spacious with plenty of seating and living area. Bedrooms with private bathrooms worked well for extended/mixed family. The kitchen cabinets were well stocked with cookware, dish ware and spices. My parents, in their seventies, would have benefited from a first floor rental or elevator, but they weren’t part of the original guest list when we reserved top floor with two flights of stairs. The included garage was a great benefit. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was right on the beach, the master suite had a beautiful ocean view (even saw dolphins the last day there), house comes fully stocked besides your food and drinks and I loved the 2 car garage. Also right down the street from all the restaurants and shops in Pensacola.

AMAZING property
If you are considering this condo, just do it. It was a bit more money than we wanted to spend, but completely worth every penny. We stay somewhere every spring break and this is by far the best one ever. They provide everything. No need to run out for toilet paper, trash bags, or last minute spices. They have everything!!! The fridge is huge and they also have a separate ice maker. Three balconies. Four rooms and four correlating bathrooms. Tons of space for everyone. We cooked here almost every night with one restaurant experience. We went to peg leg Pete’s and were able to walk. It was delicious. Get the yelp app and put your name on the list before you go. Anyway, back to condo. Garage parking for two. They have sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards. The only slight “negative” (which could be a problem for some folks) are the stairs. SO many stairs. 28 up to the condo and then 14 more to get upstairs inside the condo. The layout is awesome. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 baths downstairs. Then master with king bed (amazing beach view from balcony) and 4th bedroom with twin beds, plus two bathrooms. Washer and dryer included, with detergent, is all upstairs. The walk to the beach is easy peasy. No roads to cross and it’s pretty private. Sand is white and fluffy and no seaweed!

Family reunion
A very comfortable apartment with two levels. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and nice. The views of the Gulf were lovely from the balcony and living room. The kitchen was a good size and had anything you would want. It was well furnished and the seven of us enjoyed being there.

We had 4 generations at this property and loved the layout of this condo! Everything was just as pictured. Except thee gulf view which was much better than pictured!

Amazing condo and location
We did a family trip with people flying in from around the country. The condo is 5 mins from the bridge and only about 25 from the airport: grocery store right over the bridge in gulf breeze was easy to get to. The condo itself was perfect for a group of 8. each couple had their own bathroom and a mom and sister had a room that had two beds and it’s own bathroom. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we could possibly need, plus a dining room table that could seat 10. The beach was right across a boardwalk. A garage that can hold 3 cars was stocked with all of the beach equipment we could want except a canopy, which was only $40 at Walmart in gulf breeze. We had friends camping Im the National seashore and we’re able to drive 15 mins to meet them.
If you are looking for a place for multiple couples this is rhe perfect spot.

Perfect location
The condo was very comfortable and the location was perfect. The kitchen was stocked well and it was nice to have a bathroom with each room. The view from the living room was beautiful. A bonus was having an outdoor shower on the walkover to the beach. The large icemaker was broken during our stay, but there were ice packs for use.

We've stayed in several condos on this part of Pensacola Beach, but this was far and away the best. The condo is tastefully decorated, and very family friendly ... large enough for my husband and I + 4 young adult guys to spread out ... we enjoyed the March Madness basketball games on the large TV and comfy pit group! The condo is very well appointed ... nice sheets and towels, pots & pans, cutlery, serving dishes, and a grill. Made it easy to enjoy family style meals. The condo is also ideally located. Close to Peg Legg's for afternoon happy hours, and the pier/boardwalk and grocery/convenience store. Wish we could've experienced the Trolley, but it was great to be within walking distance to fun local spots. The condo community friendly and well maintained. Lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning and watch the goings on. The beach is literally just steps away from the condo. Beach chairs and toys are on hand in the covered garage space, and we rented chairs and umbrellas on the best beach days (delivered right to our beach).The property manager Andrea, was very helpful, and responded to text messages promptly ... but honestly we didn't need anything!This condo fit our needs perfectly! I would definitely come back to this unit, and highly recommend it!
