The master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed and overlooks the Gulf. Light blocking drapes ensure your sweet dreams! NEW ROKU TV in master (9/24) The 2nd bedroom has a KING! size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 full-size beds. We are also able to offer a brand new ('23) queen sized pull-out sofa/bed in the living area. We comfortably sleep 8-10 (MAX)!! Each bedroom has private access to a full bathroom.
The living room just gained new state of the art, 55" LCD ROKU TV with a DVD/VCR combo plus a stereo. In anticipation of your needs, our home is stocked with lots of books, games and DVDs for your enjoyment. We also offer FREE WIRELESS INTERNET and FREE expanded digital cable set up.

Place was not as nice as it read. Appliances were all in poor shape. Living room rug was very dirty.Beach service Dominated the beach. The beach service placed umbrella's way too close to each other and took the whole Front row of the beach. Would not return to this place do that alone.

The condo was beautiful. The floors were very sieru the kids feet weee black after just a few minutes. The did come the next day and mop again. Very nice when I called to report the problem.

Beautiful view of the ocean, we saw dolphins every day! I was impressed with the staff, always working to keep the property and pools clean! Lynn checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we were enjoying out stay!

We had an amazing trip. My entire family was there. The condo was everything it said it was! The weather was beautiful the entire time. I would highly recommend it to anyone. During our stay, we had a breaker blow the first night. Someone came up and took care of it quickly.

This was a great stay for my family. My in-laws, wife and kids all stayed together and we had a great experience. The host was great at communicating and checked in on us via txt. The condo complex was great and our unit was excellent. It had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again. My only gripe is that there were no leftovers. What I mean by that is often condos have left over spices, salt/pepper/sugar/whatever. Its just a small gripe and really not that big a deal. Just means you bring your own stuff (we did for the most part). I'm grateful for a great place to stay and a wonderful experience!

The condo was just perfect for our family! It was equipped with everything that we needed, it was beautifully decorated, and the furniture, and beds were comfy! We spent our days enjoying the pools, hot tubs, and the beach. Then, spent our evenings playing games in the condo! Grocery stores, and restaurants were all within a couple of miles from the condo! We all had an amazing, and memorable week!

Wonderful! Very nice, we always stay at Summerwind and this condo did not disappoint! Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. TV’s wouldn’t pick up WiFi, but Navarre properties was prompt to fix them… even at 4:50 PM! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Condo! We loved how close to the pier it is located. The owner was great and texted and emailed throughout. The property management was great and checked with us to make sure everything was going well. The view was spectacular. We will book again.

Navarre beach never disappoints. The condo was perfect for our group ages 1-60. Condo owner Lynn was very informative about Navarre area restaurants and activities. She made sure our stay was everything we hoped for. We had some family that had never been to Navarre beach but lots of areas of Florida. They now agree with us that Navarre the most beautiful beach.

This condo had everything we needed and more! There was more than enough space, the furniture is brand new and it was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The condo owner was the best to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and loved being right next to the beach and the fishing pier!

We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to come again. It was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever experienced. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to cook and stay in on the days that the weather wasn't very good. The property owner was the best I have ever dealt with and very responsive to any questions I had. She also provided a lot of extra info about the surrounding area and a large list of restaurants to choose from on those evenings we chose to go out. I would highly recommend this unit and property if you get an opportunity to visit!

This beach is the prettiest we have been to in Florida. It is amazing how different the water is in Navarre compared to even nearby Pensacola. We were a little concerned about staying in a 15 floor condo (with two more buildings the same size in the complex). But we always had access to the elevators and with there being 3 pools and hot tubs, our family never felt crowded. The balcony furniture was great and we spent hours on the balcony watching the waves and dolphins.
I wish we would have gone out on the fishing pier earlier in our weeklong stay. We did not go on the pier until our last night. We would have gone everyday if we had realized how awesome it is! Our kids loved watching everyone bring in their catch and we all enjoyed watching the surfers from the vantage point of the pier. We watched a fisherman work over an hour to reel in a large (at least 12 foot long) hammerhead shark that he hooked in the shallow area of the pier. That was the highlight of our kids' trip!
We loved and utilized the Beach Service. We tipped the attendants well (they made sure we had front row each day)and added on an additional umbrella and two chairs to what was already provided by the owners. There were red flags all week while we were there and double reds some days, so we were not able to go into the water for much of our week but having the beach service allowed us to still spend hours each day on the sand watching the waves come in.
Communication with the owners was great and we loved our stay in Navarre!

Perfect relaxing beachfront condo
The condo was perfect with 3 bedrooms and each having their own bathrooms. The views from the kitchen and living room were spectacular and the balcony was great overlooking the pool and beach. Easy access steps away from pristine white sand beaches and the ocean made it so easy. The included chairs, umbrella, table service and hour a day stand up paddle board or sea kayak were wonderful. I highly recommend this property for a great vacation.

Perfect views!
Overall this was a great condo for my family and I. It’s located on the 5th floor so if we got tired of waiting on the elevator, we just took the stairs. It is also walking distance to beach, pier, and great restaurants.
Only thing we would have appreciated is having some basics like salt and pepper. It was listed as things to bring, but at all other rentals we’ve ever done had some basics, plus things others left behind. It may be a Covid thing, but we could have used it a few times! 😁
We did appreciate the sand toys, cooler (though we didn’t end up using it), daily use of chairs and other things we didn’t get to take advantage of bc the weather was too cold or windy.
If we make it back to Navarre, we will definitely be back to stay at this beautiful condo!
