We stayed here while other family members stayed in a hotel in Temple Bar (central Dublin). They had noise, parties till bars closed. We had a quiet neighborhood, easy on street parking, two comfortable bedrooms in a private, charming townhouse. We would definitely stay here again. We especially loved talking daily walks on Dublin Bay, about a five minute walk away (from roundabout, take South Bank Road to path on right to the beach.)

We had a wonderful time. It's sometimes a little loud at night because of the port. Everything else was as fine as expected.

We had a wonderful stay in Dublin and loved the history of this cottage. The location was great and we enjoyed walking the neighborhoods with easy access to hiking trails, pubs, shops and beaches. I definitely recommend this stay if you're looking for a quiet place outside the bustle of downtown!

First of all, the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are narrow and dangerous and there is no handrail. Then the beds they called Queen were clearly only doubles. We literally turned around and hailed a taxi and stayed at a hotel, and there property owner will not offer me a partial refund. So sad that VRBO allows this property as it is my first problem with VRBO. I’m thinking hotels when outside the USA.

Very unique. Nicely restored. Having dedicated parking a real plus! Close enough to walk to Aviva Stadium (our main reason for being in Dublin) so for that reason the property made sense for our trip. We had some challenges getting check in information however once I called the host we received the details.

Myself and my three daughters loved it...the Ringsend and Irishtown neighborhoods are terrific...many pubs and restaurants within walking...I walked each day into the city center, which I logged as 2.29 miles through the gorgeous Ringsend Park. If you want public transportation the S2 is an easy option - if you can walk a bit but dont want to walk the entire way to City Center - the C1 and C2 at the Irishtown stop is the fastest way to go. My daughters loved the rental - it was close enough to the city without it being in the city. Thank you Billy!
