Schön, in super Lage...nur leider recht hellhörig

Schönes Apartment, in super Lage!

Leider doch sehr hellhörig. In der letzten Nacht hatte ich neue Nachbarn (die 1. zwei Nächte hatte ich wohl keine), welche bis 1Uhr nachts sehr laut waren und ich nicht schlafen konnte. Auch heizt sich das Apartment bei warmen Temperaturen sehr stark auf und Ventilator oder ähnliches gab es leider nicht...

Unseriöser Anbieter. Kann nur abraten.

Nichts. Ich konnte die Unterkunft nicht betreten, da sie seitens des Anbieters sehr kurzfristig storniert wurde.

Der Betreiber hat die Unterkunft 2h vor Checkin per Mail storniert und wollte mich auf Rückfrage mit einer völlig anderen Unterkunft, ein Schlafzimmer weniger, zufriedenstellen. In der Mail stand, dass er bedauert, dass ich dei Unterkunft storniert hätte. Das war eine Lüge. Eine finanzielle Entschädigung wurde mir nicht angeboten. Frechheit!

Kommen gerne wieder

Gute Lage Straßenbahn ca. 5min entfernt jedoch nicht laut/störend Parkplatz auf dem Gelände oder seitlich der Straße Whirlpool im Zimmer /alles sehr sauber Küche vorhanden jedoch kein Backofen Würden gerne wieder buchen

Verbesserungen wären gut: - unbedingt die Abflüsse kontrollieren das Wasser im Badezimmer/Waschbecken steht sehr lange bis es abfließen tut sowie im Whirlpool - Mülleimer schließt nicht ist defekt/abgebrochen - Kein Matratzenschutz sowie nur ein Betttuch was ständig verrutscht lieber ein Spannbettlacken verwenden - Leider keine Ansprechpartner vor Ort

Dresden ja - limehome nie wieder!

Dresden ist auch im Winter eine Reise wert. Jedoch nicht die Zimmer von limehome. Die, gemessen an der Ausstattung und dem Service, zu vollkommen überteuerten Preisen mit sachlich unkorrekten Angaben, kombiniert mit einer wirklich schlechten Software angeboten werden. Wer also denkt durch online Reservierungen ggf. Zeit zu sparen und flexibler zu sein, wird hier eines besseren belehrt.

Ich hatte noch nie so unprofessionell und offensichtlich ungeschultes Personal am Telefon als es um die Lösung der Verifizierungsprobleme bezüglich meiner Person ging. Da hieß es zuerst mein bis 2025 gültiger Ausweis wäre abgelaufen, dies wurde durch das Hochladen meines Führerscheins in zweiter Instanz positiv und schriftlich beschieden, um mir dann, vor der Hotelzimmertür stehend und auf meinen Türcode wartend, am Telefon mitzuteilen, dass man mich doch nicht verifizieren könne. Dann legte der offensichtlich von meinem Veto vollkommen überforderte Mitarbeiter einfach auf. Insgesamt dauerte es 45 Minuten bis ich den Code zum Öffnen der Zimmertür erhielt. Dort fand ich mich dann in einem spartanisch eingerichteten Zimmer mit Blick auf eine Mauer wieder. Diese Zimmerkategorie wurde auf der Website jedoch als Suite beworben, lag preislich im dreistelligen Bereich und stimmte de facto nicht Mal im Ansatz mit den Beispielfotos überein.

Wir waren nur zwei Nächte in Dresden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder kommen.

Die Zimmer sind groß und alles ist sauber. Eine gute Küche mit genügend Geschirr und allem nötigem Utensilien ausgestattet. Handtücher waren auch in ausreichenden Mengen waren vorhanden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren in der Nähe.

In zwei Schlafzimmern waren weder eine Gardine noch ein Verdunkelungsrollo vorhanden. Die Stühle in der Küche haben viele Flecken. Die Whirlpool Badewanne war defekt. Ebenso der Billard Tisch und der Kicker.

Great value for money, very clean and comfortable. Benefits of both a hotel and self catering :)

Had everything you could need, check in and out were easy, cosy bed, pleasant decor

Slight damp smell that made it feel a little less cosy, and a huge window on the ground floor that felt a bit exposed if you had the curtains open

Riesiges Appartement mit 120qm im Raum 003 als kostenloses Upgrade erhalten - zu einem unschlagbaren Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gute Lage für geschäftliche Zwecke als auch für die Besichtigung der Dresdner Neu- und Altstadt.

Úžasně útulné

Skvělý zážitek. Neomezený bezkontaktní check-in. Vlastní parkování zdarma (4 místa, v 15:00 byla 3 volná). Krásný prostorný pokoj s vířivkou přímo uvnitř. Velmi komfortní a útulné. V noci klid a ticho. Pohodlné spaní. Přitom poloha 15 minut od centra tramvají.

Meeting the expectation

Perfectly clean and nicely furbished apartment, with practical layout. Good value for money for short stay.

Location is not best but ok, we could hear the train passing closeby. Would be great to have cutting board and baking tray to the oven.

Overall great, just poor customer service which I heard is common in Germany unfortunately.

Nice and clean. Easy to access.

Kitchenware including microwave didn’t work or plugs on one side of the wall didn’t work at all. We stayed during the weekend and the customer service said the maintenance will happen on Monday..?? If weren’t for this, highly recommend the place but it was very inconvenient for us with this incident.

Sehr schön ausgestattet, kleine aber umfangreiche Küche, bequeme Betten, modernes Bad. Das Ein- und Auschecken war dank Codes und Links unkompliziert. Auf dem Hof gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze.

A very good location in Dresden, close to the center of the town

We were assigned apartment 101, Limehome Dresden, Tannenstrasse, for two couples. Generally it was comfortable, clean, welcoming. The online self check-in prior to the effective check in was a bit uncomfortable, but when we arrived everything went smooth as instructed. Grace to the dining room, it was very pleasant to have room for chatting, eating, spending time together. The kitchen was very well equipped. There are a few parking lots in the yard, near the building WI FI good, but you have to know where you should discover the WLAN name and password.

1) The small bedroom of the apartment was uncomfortable, it has 2 double large beds, but no place at all for luggage, no wardrobe, not shelves, very narrow isles to move inside, and the night tables were in a poor condition. I suggest removing one bed and offering a luggage storage -at least for minimum needs. 2) Another thing to be improved: the internet access by wi fi was a real challenge to be set, fortunately one of us was a professional IT engineer, otherwise we were unable to discover the password.

Everything is perfect. The staff are super nice. The apartment is perfectly clean. It is well-equipped. We really feel like home.

The front door of the building is TOO DIFFICULT to open. At first, we thought the locking system may be problematic or something and I did complain quite much (please be apologized here. so sorry /||\). It turns out it was us who do not know how to open the door and it was our fault. However, no longer after we got in, a neighbour just knocked on our door and ask the same question as we did (how to open, etc) So, I think it might help if the door is easier to open.

1. Wifi not working at all in the first room I was assigned 2. Had to call customer service 3 times in 2 hours, 2 times I was promised a call back but no call back was received until I intended to call the police 3. Spent 1 hour looking for another apartment I was relocated to – due to incorrect instructions (wrong apartment building) 4. Was asked to relocate back to initial room for the last night, but it was busy with other guests, again spent 1 hour for customer service calls (they refused to help, asked to call booking.com) + finding another room 5. In total spent about 90 minutes talking to customer service via mobile which is about ~180 euros 6. Compensation was promised via phone but only a small amount received

loved the place!very easy to locate and check in! you get a big place with everything you need in it or close by. the area is very quiet but you can get to the city center by public transport or if you’re in to it even walk. i just loved it stayed for a week and loved every second!

The whirlpool tub is a very cool thing and the kitchen has everything you need even if it's small. Appreciated also the wine glass.

Both shower and sink in the bathroom have water outflow issues. Especially in the shower, this thing is very boring. The cleaning of the bathroom could be improved
