Nice stay for weekend going to NYC for family event.

Large room, free breakfast

Pillows were awful but they did bring us extra to pile up so we could sleep. There was some confusion when we checked in but after getting a hold of someone at booking.com they were able to straighten it out. The hotel tried to charge us again after we already prepaid.

La infraestructura

El personal de recepción me trató muy mal - me Dejó parada más de 30 minutos porque hice mi reserva por Booking con confirmación de reserva y pago Sin embargo el hotel indicaba que el dinero no les llegó a ellos - me dijeron que yo debía solucionar el problema - que yo llame a booking aún cuando les mostré mi reserva confirmada y que el banco ya se había cobrado el dinero en mi cuenta - parece que es discriminación por parte de la recepcionista - nunca me dio agua como a los residentes en el check in - tampoco me dio el dulce de bienvenida que les daba a todos - ya por Fin después de los 30 minutos que me encontré parada con todas mis cosas esperando que me dejen ingresar - me hizo pasar mi tarjeta y me dio la llave - siempre con pésima actitud - cero empatía - ya en la habitación reporte en 3 ocasiones que la refrigeradora no servía - que estaba caliente y jamás en mis 3 días de estadía alguien se dignó a corregir esto - que lamentable realmente -

I would not recommend. When we were lost looking for the hotel we called and noone was able to help us

It was clean

Location, staff, loud, kids running down the hallway. No clean towels unless you ask. No housekeeping. Bed was uncomfortable . TV was ancient . No pay channels, no restaurant, no pool working. Complained to staff. Didn’t. care. Only apology . Very bad location . Got lost for almost 2 hours. No parking. Horrible for the price we paid but we couldn’t go anywhere else. All booked up. This is the 2nd time i stayed @Hilton and had a bad experience.

I loved this hotel !

I liked everything this hotel had to offer. Very nice stadf, very clean and modern hotel.

I didn't like the location, it's not ghetto but hard to find because it's right off the highway and the GPS doesn't recognize the exit right away, so that wasn't too easy to find.

Comfortable and convenient to airport

Staff was good place was clean

In my original room microwave didn’t work went to front desk and asked for help with it. Staff changed my room immediately to another where everything worked well. Only other thing was pool wasn’t open to use but saw people swimming in on my second night.

The parking was a bit much But that’s to be expected with airport traffic.

It was good, but next door the baby was crying ( not his fault) woke us up , but we managed to go back to sleep.

Decent, not the friendliest

The shuttle and proximity to the airport was great.

Staff wasn’t the friendliest. We reported that our microwave wasn’t working on our second day and they told us they would put a ticket in to be looked at, but that we could use the microwave on the first floor. It was never addressed and inconvenient to go to the lobby every time.

We were promised parking there was no parking anyway, we never set foot in the room, but they billed us for a night. Awful hotel. Rude unaccommodating staff.

It was made by the receptionist and a very short notice booking but I still got a room

The receptionist on duty was charming, helpful and kind. Issues such as the door lock was dead and light bulbs dead became minor is response to her attention. I was really fatigued from a transAtlantic flight and then not being able to get my car rental at Thrifty because of a mistake in the booking (not mine) and their staff who were more interested in getting their food orders in than helping me so your receptionist, whose name I am really sorry I didn't get (fatigue) made things a lot better.

The door lock as said above, dead light bulbs, and absence of essentials like milk for early coffee/tea and bottle opener.

the front desk person wasn’t there to assist us. waited 2 hrs but no one checked us in. contacted hilton to relocate us to a dif hotel close by. very bad experience staying here
