Very disappointed with checkin. Hotel was understaffed and unable to check guests in for several hour.

Understaffed. Horrible experience. Took hours to get checked into our room. Lobby overflowing with guests trying to checkin.

They were overbooked. Did not get money back, even though we could not stay there (it's been a month now). They didn't handle overbooking well - we were waiting for over an hour in a long line of people, and they didn't communicate what's going on.

Clean rooms. I mean why wouldn't they be clean if they clean every single room until 4 pm everyday.

I didn't like how the staff treated their customers like dirt. Everyone was tired from traveling and early check in was not an option unless you paid $100. Not even 10 minutes early. The staff was rude. Had people in the lobby waiting untill exactly 4pm when rooms magically appeared. Somehow they didn't have rooms clean until 4 pm. One magically appeared if the $100 was paid though. Since early check in was not an option they had a line all the way outside at 4pm of people trying to get a room. It was ridiculous!

The manager, Melanie (I think that’s her name), was very sweet and helpful.

Super clean and close to the airport.

I booked for 3, but ended up to stay in one room with one queen bed. The shuttle was a small van and I was lucky enough to have the last seat early in the morning.

indifference to the person staying in the hotel. For example, the coffeemaker in my room did not work so I went to the lobby hoping they had coffee. I talked to Mark (manager) and he said I could buy coffee at the coffee shop. I didn’t mind paying for a cup of coffee, but I didn’t think it was good public relations.

The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The bathroom was well designed and had good lighting.

Customer service and check in time for guest arrive from a plane needs to be lenient especially with people with disability. I was traveling with 2 Intellectual Disability Athletes from the Marshall Islands to get the Special Olympics Games in Berlin. I booked the room for them to rest (after a long flight from Hawaii) before another long flight (from New York to Berlin). When we got to Holiday Inn, I went to the receptionist and asked if we could check in. The receptionist said she could not due to the policy (check at 4pm). I was shocked I forgot to cancel my reservation on the spot. With my two ID Athletes, we headed back to the Terminal. Waited from morning until 5pm to board our flight to Berlin.
