Main Floor Elegance: On the main floor, a Viking kitchen awaits, equipped with all the essentials to craft memorable meals. Adjacent to the dining room, step onto the spacious patio featuring an outdoor dining table for 6, a grill, and a rejuvenating hot tub surrounded by trees for added privacy.
A short drive up Marsac Avenue leads to trailheads, offering breathtaking views of the Wasatch range.
The great room on the main floor boasts beautiful windows, bathing the space in natural light. Enjoy the cozy living room centered around a warm fireplace. Two master suites with en-suite bathrooms and a bunk room, complete with a printer for remote work, are also conveniently located on the main floor. Central heating and air conditioning ensure year-round comfort.
Upstairs Retreat: Ascend to the second floor, where you'll find 2 additional bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a second living room with a flat-screen TV—an ideal spot for movie nights, gaming, or casual hangouts.

-Dates: 12/7 - 4/13
-Hours: 7:45 am - 5:00 pm (the last shuttle from Snow Park is 4:30 pm)
-Drop Off and Pick up are only at the Residence. Residence MUST be free of snow/obstacle
-DV can suspend service if roads are too dangerous.
