The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house, built in 2013 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger and terrace. Tignale is a consortium of six villages that are widely spreaded on a plateau above the western lake. This town is the ideal place for total relaxation, away from the crowds at the lake. Perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sauber, modern, super Ausstattung. Lage etwas schwierig, da 600 Höhenmeter überwunden werden müssen, Zufahrt zum Haus teilweise sehr steil und eng, dadurch aber beeindruckender Blick auf den Gardasee. Ferienwohnung liegt wunderbar ruhig. Essensmöglichkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Fussläufig leider etwas weit. Bademöglichkeiten in Tignale sowie Limone gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit herrlichen Blick auf den See. Alles ist mit 100 %zu bewerten! außer der Punkt Umgebung. Hier ist die ca. 600 Meter lange Zufahrt zur Wohnung eine Zumutung, da nur ein Auto Platz hat und bei Gegenverkehr kaum Ausweichmöglichkeiten bestehen. Dort werden noch mehrere Kfz-Blechschäden zu verzeichnen sein!

Das Haus und die Lage sind so, wie wir es erwartet haben. Die Ausstattung ist sehr modern und entsprach unserem Geschmack. Sinnvoll wäre allerdings, wenn es eine leistungsstarke Kaffemaschine und auch einen Toaster in der Küchenausstattung geben würde. Ansonsten hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht, die Unterkunft und die freundlichen Vermieter, vorallem das Restaurant in der Residenz "Ruculi", haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die wunderschöne liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit dem Blick auf den See ist einfach traumhaft. Man fühlt sich in der Wohnung wie zu Hause, ebenso unser Vierbeiner. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Auch die Abwicklung über Holiday-Home ist top. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub....
