We loved our stay at Eric’s property. The area is very quiet and close to all the amenities needed! All furnishings were comfortable.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. Want to say thank you to Eric and his mom a very wonderful person who came out quickly to change something in the pool. The pool was amazing we all couldn’t get enough of it. Especially 1 am swims the kids loved it. The view of the canal waking up every morning and seeing that hands down the best vacation home I have ever stayed at. The house is big and beautiful a very quiet neighborhood. I cannot wait to come Back here. Definitely my go to vacation home love Cape Coral

We are touring Florida looking for the town we would want to retire. This time we visited Cape Coral and were happy to find this home for rent. They had everything we could ever need and more. The Pool is a highlight, but the kitchen/bathrooms/and access to a quiet subdivision were perfect. My family of 4 came down, and we enjoyed bike rides to local restaurants for meals and ice cream shops. The home is in the center of several perfect beaches within 30-minute drive. I walked to the Publix grocery store and cooked dinner in the well-equipped kitchen/outdoor grill. The area was very nice, but the home was the icing on the cake. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here.

We totally enjoyed staying at this property for the month of August.
We invited some family members as well as some friends to enjoy this property, and no-one was disappointed.
We only had two minor issues and they were quickly resolved by Eric and Diane.
The neighborhood was quiet, and met several of the neighbors while walking our dog.
Centrally located a short drive to Sanible and Ft. Myers.
It doesn't get any better than this!!!

The house is exactly as pictured. Beautiful inside and outside. My family and I really enjoyed relaxing on the lanai and using the outdoor kitchen. The pool is large and heavenly, beds are comfy. Eric provides everything you could need. I enjoyed my
morning coffee as I watched the sunrise. 35 minutes to Sanibel Island. 30 minutes to Fort Myers Airport. Eric communicated well and quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and didn’t want to leave. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Eric for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely amazing!
This property was very well kept and fully stocked with so many extras which allowed for a wonderful and funfilled vacation! There were coolers, bicycles, pool toys, beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas. I highly recommend this property. It was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again if our travels take us to Cape Coral in the future.

Supermarkets, restaurants and beach close to the house was a plus. We would definitely come back for sure. The whole family loved it! It was an awesome vacation. Spacious rooms and relaxing outdoor/pool area
My kids loved pool time in the mornings/evenings to book-end our days' adventures. The rooms were spacious and the house came with a lot of accessory items (pack-n-play, pool toys, beach towels, beach umbrellas, etc). A 30+ minute drive to Sanibel was a bit longer than we would have liked, but the perks of the home itself was very worth it. This was a really great, relaxing vacation home. Lastly, the owner was super-helpful throughout the process

Fully equipped kitchen with dish towels etc.. Need hotplates. :) Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. The necessary broom & vacuum to clean during your stay. Labels on switches. Pictures are true to home. We were very pleased with our stay Very responsive owner.

Favorite House
The house is amazing. It is super clean and Eric provides everything that you. He is so easy to work with. We really enjoyed the master being on the other side of the house from the adult children. We rent from VRBO every year in all three of our adult children said this is their favorite house. The property is amazing, the pool is well kept, and Eric even has a backup propane tank so we never missed a barbecue. Our daughter accidentally broke a candle and when we notified Eric he assured us accidents happen...no worries. My husband and I have rented houses/condos through VRBO for years and this honestly was the best value for what you get as well as being incredibly well kept and clean. Don't wait to book this house it goes quickly.

My Favorite VRBO ever
Second trip to this house and it only gets better every time. Since our last stay a couple of years ago an outdoor kitchen has been added which is phenomenal and it is one rental that the owner so accommodating with kitchen utensils, supplies in the event you forgot to pack something! It is truly an exceptional property to rent and I can’t think of one thing negative about it. Look forward to our next trip there already.

Paradise
I don’t even know where to begin. I was very skeptical of this rental because it seemed too good to be true. The price was fantastic, location was perfect and the reviews were all raving. I can tell you first hand it’s even better than I had imagined from pictures and reviews. Our family was absolutely floored when we arrived.
They thought of every little detail. Enough bedding, all dishes and equipment you’d need in the kitchen, blow up beds, pool toys, beach toys, fishing poles, more towels than you can imagine, things were labeled, it was the best rental we have ever stayed in…by far. Tons of closet space with baskets for dirty clothes, trash bags, seasonings, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, a bottle of wine! I can go on and on about the very care and thoughtfulness of details they spend on their home for people who rent it.
Eric was above and beyond a wonderful communicator. We had zero problems and I have no doubt if we did he would answer in no time flat. I had a bank blunder moment trying to secure our stay in the midst of chaos with our 6 kids(bank shut down my card thinking it was stolen haha) and he was more patient than anyone else would have been.
The house was impeccable, Spotless, and as a clean freak that is a title they should be proud of. The rooms were gorgeous the decor was perfect, the furniture was great. We cooked dinner there every night it was amazing.
The outdoor space needs its own paragraph ha. The pictures don’t do it justice in the slightest. They really did a fantastic job with the outdoor kitchen and out door furniture. And the pool was insanely clean and the perfect size. Our kids are so sad they had to leave it! The doc area was beautiful again pictures don’t do it justice.
Publix is down the street. Target is about 10 minutes away and sams club is about 20 minutes away. You can boat the canal all the way to the beach from the house if you rent a boat. We did that and it made our trip even more enjoyable. When we drive to the beach once the boat was gone it took no time at all.
Our week there as a family of 8 went by way too fast. Best rental experience we’ve had by a landslide. For the price I couldn’t believe what we got. Don’t think twice about it booking for it before someone else takes your days! Eric thank you for letting us stay at your place. What a great experience. We made family memories to treasure for a lifetime and we will forever be talking about our stay.

Absolute Paradise
This house exceeded our expectations. It was truly paradise! There was no need to leave the property since everything we wanted was there. We spent our days relaxing by the beautiful pool and our evenings enjoying the outdoor kitchen on the lanai. The host, Eric, was very helpful and accomodating. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect location and house. We definitely will be back!

Perfect setup
This property is ideal for a getaway. It has everything you need for a turnkey stay. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is complete and the open living concept from family room to the pool area makes this an enjoyable stay. Only downside are the lack of quality restaurants in the area but this house is one of the best I have stayed in at this price level. The host communicates quickly and the pictures are a true representation of the property.

Beautiful house and pool
We really loved this house. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed plus more. We especially loved the pool and lanai. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook anything. Eric was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had very promptly. We would love to rent this house next year if possible.

Dream Location, Beautiful Home

Absolutely Fantastic Property!
We hade the very fortunate experience to stay in this property for 6 beautiful weeks!
Impeccably clean home in a fabulous area. Owner is extremely responsive to any issues. The pool's water heater broke and within 4 hours someone was onsite to inspect the issue and had a technician onsite, with an extremely hard to find replacement part, in less than 24 hours.
Dianne is a pleasure to interact with and wants the renters to have a stress-free, pleasurable, relaxing vacation. It was fun to watch the Mullett fish jump and hear the Coots (a bird) making their cute bird-calls. The canal location provides for a scenic backdrop and the location also provides close proximity to many, many great dining places.
This property is such a masterpiece that we are planning a return in 2022!

Return to Happy Place 🙌
We returned to this wonderful Cape Coral house over MEA for a short getaway. Eric was helpful in finding nearby pickle ball courts for us. We played every day-even under the lights! Visited Siesta Key and Nokomis this time around.

Awesome property
We've been using VRBO for our vacations every year for close to 25 years, and this house is in our top 2 ever. Eric was very responsive throughout the process. The house was immaculate when we arrived. It was well stocked...everything we could possibly want in the kitchen was already there. We practically lived in the outdoor seating area, pool and dock, and used the outdoor kitchen for our meals. Pool floats already there, blown up, and in great shape. We especially loved having the bikes already at the house so we did not have to track down a rental company, and we used the bikes every day. The pool was super clean, and just the right size. We enjoyed fishing and sunning from the dock. The neighborhood was centrally located to everything we wanted, and very quiet. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat (and plan on doing so!). Eric, thank you for being such a great host and maintaining your property so well so that others can enjoy it.

Attention to details!
We travel often and have used VRBO many times. This property more than exceeded our expectations. The pictures are great but quietness and tranquility can’t be displayed in photos. The home is stocked with everything you need, plus more. We grilled several times in the outdoor grill area. Every single ingredient I needed was available. Towels, provided. Dish and clothes detergent provided. Comforts of home all provided. Sometimes the small things mean so much. All the light switches are labeled with what they turn on/off. Loved that! Bikes, pool floats, toys provided. Grocery store is 10 mins away. The floor plan of this home is amazing. (Notes taken) Lastly, if you have or are thinking of running your own rental, you need to stay at this property a few days. Perfect example of how a property SHOULD BE run, decorated, taken care of and presented to guests. No big signs stuck to the refrigerator on how, what and when to do everything. Instead, there is a nicely formatted Binder with EVERYTHING you need to Know for check in and check out. We loved the property so much we extended our stay by two days. Happy guests!

Only Elsa Could Drive Us Away
I can't say enough good things about this property! The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-supplied. The outdoor pool and fishing off the dock were great to entertain the kids when we didn't feel getting out on the boat or going to the beach. I can't say enough about the owner...Eric responded right away when we contacted him about anything. Wonderful Family Trip
We picked this property in part due to the reviews posted and the 5 star rating and are pleased to continue the trend. The property was exactly as pictured and very clean upon arrival. One of the best parts of this property that is not obvious in pictures is how complete it is - everything you could think of for a FL vacation is there - beach towels, umbrellas, bikes, pool toys and floats, dishwasher/laundry soap, towels, dishes, everything. For a family packing and traveling for vacation, it made life much easier! We did reach out to the host a few times and had very quick replies and they even offered to bring a stepstool over for our littlest to reach the sinks on her own. The pool was amazing and lots of fun.
