Third time wasn’t a charmed

La localisation Le style des chambres Les événements rythmant la journée dans l’hôtel

- le bruit infernal de la canalisation de douche à 4h30 du matin me réveillant malgré les boules quies - la conciergerie qui ne fait pas de message de rappel dans les 48h avant l’arrivée sur ce qui a été réservé pour confirmer (taxi etc) ça éviterait des erreurs qui au final sont facturées

Nice hotel but to pricey for what it is.

Location is good. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room is correct but the space for the bathroom, which surprinsingly is the entrance of the room is too big compared to the room.

The price of the room was too expensive, and for such price you would expect a swimming pool.

This is definitely an excellent hotel!

The staff were so courteous and welcoming, especially the guy named Bright, he was very accommodating and helpful in everything.

Absolutely amazing and comfortable stay at centrally located hotel.

Amazing stay! Room and bed were so comfortable, and shower had great water pressure! The staff were incredibly helpful. Excellent for both English and Mandarin speakers. Complimentary water and snacks were a nice touch as well. Was a few minutes to any convenience store, subway station, restaurants, and SOGO shopping center.

Nothing major. There is singular sliding door that either covers the shower or the toilet, but not both simultaneously. Not really a big deal unless you’re with someone who you’re not familiar with…

location is very central to major department stores and laneway fashion shops, very convenient to access two main MRT lines. the hotel had a cozy happy hour every evening, could be quite social if travelling alone.

we booked early so committed to a higher price, the hotel would build goodwill if they offered upgrade on the day (as the price we paid is higher than the price for a better room that was available that day)

A fantastic stay in the city is you have the bucks!

Superb location as the hotel is situated just 2 mins walk away from the nearest MRT. Bed is heavenly, while the shower is awesome. Every detail is taken care of at this premise.

Not much - the overall experience was fantastic. Though the flooring of the room is rather peculiar (not the usual carpets), but I assume there is a good reason to it.

Staffs are always friendly and eager to help. Some pastries with coffee/tea/ soy milk served every morning in the lobby is a nice touch. Especially for people who eat light breakfast.

The curtain in the living/ wash room area does not block out light. And it interferes with our sleep when the sun rises around 530am.

Cool central location. Perfect for exploring Taipei

cool, chilled and clean. Enjoyed staying here and the staff were friendly and helpful with our stay in the hotel but also local recommendations.

The lifts took a while, but other than that, everything was all good!

What a treat!

I kept this hotel as the last treat of a week-long trip in Northern Taiwan, and it was such a great treat! Everything was perfect in this hotel to fulfill my Millenial hopes. Staff was helpful, warm and personalised every interaction in a kind and genuine way. The room was superb and so so socomfortable. I really enjoyed the complimentary "morning starter" breakfast and afternoon social drinks. Although I didn't use the bikes available, I would have if it had not been raining. Everything was perfect: the elegant and modern decoration, the nice tea and coffee, the beauty products in the bathroom, the bedlinens and pillows, ... I will definitely come back to this stunning hotel.
