地理位置很好，步行10分钟到核心商圈，周边配套齐全。房间大小合适，按摩是个亮点。整个房间装修很新。 The location is excellent, only a 10-minute walk to the central business district, with complete surrounding amenities. The room size is appropriate, and the highlight is the massage service. The entire room has a very new decoration.

入住前1个月就发现有评论在说洗澡水时冷时热，入住后发现问题依然没解决，热水水压不稳，洗澡时需要随时调整温度。房间比较新，但是家具很旧，沙发质量较差，触感很不舒服。插座完全不够。房间清洁需要提高。 One month prior to check-in, I noticed reviews mentioning fluctuating water temperatures during showers. Upon check-in, the issue persisted; the hot water pressure is unstable, requiring constant temperature adjustments during showers. While the room is relatively new, the furniture is outdated, particularly the poor-quality sofa, which is uncomfortable to sit on. There aren't enough power outlets, and cleanliness standards in the room need improvement.

Didn't meet my expectations for a 4 star hotel. Way overpriced, disappointing and outdated hotel.

The only good thing to mention about the hotel is its location just a few minutes away from the nearest MRT station and very close to Taipei 101.

Pretty old and outdated hotel rooms with weird glass bathroom walls. Useless lighting concept using a remote control with only 3 presets. WIFI was super slow in the times when it even worked so it was barely possible to work from the hotel. The breakfast was a joke and not worth it.

Comfortable hotel and great location

Spacious bathroom. I love the divider wall for suites which is great for not disturbing the kids at night. The hotel staff were quick to bring us water bottles. They were also very polite and quick to escort us to the taxi during raining circumstances. They even lent us their hotel umbrellas.

Needs extra hangers for soiled towels and the hotel room key often times didn’t work when accessing the elevators. I was told that putting it against cell phones can interfere with its functionality. Some of the room amenities were a little bit dated but otherwise I thought they were well maintained.

Not recommend

Overall not value for money I’m frequent traveler in Taipei Cleanliness I think amount the worst I have ever had . Only very little staff attentive . Only 2-3 staff work per shift , no international adapter provide , next door is KTV. During midnight a lot drunken .

Brilliant hotel for business in Taipei

The room was very large for the price, and had everything I needed. The shower was fantastic and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and only a short walk to many nearby attractions and travel options.

Room internet does not work; maintenance people entered room unannounced. Location was good.

Great location, easy to get around to many interesting places.

Internet in rooms didn't work; don't stay here if you need to work. Couldn't watch YouTube. Maintenance people came into our room unannounced; we felt intruded on. Dated hotel; a bit dark, older feel.

Very convenient location, near to MRT and bus stops. Staffs were friendly and polite. Room was decent.

Superb

The Service and the food was wonderful. The staff spoke English and was very helpful and polite. The room was cleaned each day and the hot tub was very enjoyable. The shower was also excellent with good water pressure and good water temperature coming through the fancy shower head. Really Enjoyed the Lobby and the fact you can have good coffee or cappuccino whenever you want.

No heat in the room. There was a thermostat but it did not seem to function when we turned it to heat. So it was a bit cold not too terrible.

Good bath with jets. Free drinks in the fridge. Reminds a bit of wego hotel. Desk for working .

Fantastic location, great staff and lovely room

Great location to explore the city from. Staff were attentive and the room was great. The bath tub was a nice touch - strange filling method but but nice and big!

Breakfast was okay but a lot of the dishes on offer were cold

great and comfy in great location

location is great, room is old but clean, bed is large and has a hard mattress which was great for us, overall pretty good and comfy place

bathroom needs a bit of renovating, the toilet only flushed once every half hour, in the sink the water goes down very slow and the shower door lets water out every time you shower making the whole bathroom wet

Close to Xinyi Shopping District, large room with an office table, easy check in, and not a lot of people. Even has a washer/dryer combo in the room. For the price — the value is unbeatable!

The personal hot tub operation was funky — the water nozzle came from the ceiling (?!). The office table was too close to the wall, pushing the chair back would often hit the wall and annoy your next-door neighbor. Noise-insulation is substandard — played music at a normal level but were asked to turn it down. Outlets and their plugs next to the office table were full of dust, might be a fire hazard.

Superb

The bathtub was great! First time I’ve had water come from the ceiling to fill up the tub, but it was a lovely relaxing bath with spa jets! It was my bday and they gave me a card and a little tub of ice cream, which was quite sweet.

The room was a little tired looking and seemed like it hadn’t been freshly cleaned. It seemed the room had been unused for some time, and it was a bit dusty. I had to do a quick clean out of the bathtub as well, which isn’t something you want to do. Also, I feel the rates could have been better. This is during a partial lockdown in town and the price could have been a little less than it was. Other Tangos I’ve stayed in have been much cleaner and better value. But this is in Xinyi, so that’s likely why prices are higher.
