-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.

Inside of condo was updated and clean, outside of condo and property around needs updating. Rusty stairs and building needs painting- path to beach is full of weeds and uneven rock. It made the trip to the beach with a wagon hard. The inside of the condo is updated and nice kitchen with all utensils needed. Only thing is the 2 pull out couches are very uncomfortable and the L shape position they are set up in makes it so only one pull out can be used at a time. Other than that it was a great stay.

Loved the location and the unit. It could use some new couches as they were a little uncomfortable to sit in without a pillow. However, overall we loved the unit and they were very accommodating for anything we needed. We are looking forward to going back next year !

We selected this unit because the units that face the Gulf weren't available. But we were happily surprised by the view facing the Causeway. The view from the balcony was excellent.It was a very nice condo with plenty of room. Nice appliances; the kitchen was very nice. The king size bed was comfortable (the queen in the other room less so). The living room furniture has seen better days and a couple window blinds don't open and close properly, but the condo is in otherwise excellent shape. We will stay here again!

Condo was very clean, in great location, close to the beach and felt safe with my mom, 2 sisters and 2 babies. Would definitely stay again. Only con was there weren’t any cooking oil, seasonings, coffee or sugar, due to COVID which is understandable so I would just make sure to bring that next time. Also you will need bug spray. The mosquitoes were out to attack you as soon as you stepped one foot outside and when you are walking down the path to the beach. Not sure if it’s just this time of year but OFF was our best friend.
But other than that we really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend!

Our family stayed in this townhome in October 2021 and really loved this unit. The decor was coastal and beachy. All tv's and appliances worked properly. The guest bedroom maximized its space by adding a twin bed along with the queen bed which was perfect for our family. Both bathrooms are spacious. The balcony faces Lake Padre and when you open up the blinds to see the lake it makes the unit feel scenic and spacious. Due to Covid, the comforters were different than shown in the picture and the outdoor patio pillows were put away. The balcony is a great feature! Can't say enough about the location of this property to the beach - location, location, location! The complex pool is spacious and has a great sun ledge, but no hot tub. The shared gas grilling station was honestly really great and we all would gather for lunch after swimming in the pool in the picnic area next to the grill. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

Great beach access, but the beds are hard as a rock. Need to really get new mattresses. A little discerning that the cleaning fee is so high when we found grapes and trash under the couches, and when we wash our hands the water was clogged, well we found a bunch of hair and crap in the sink plug...... But if those where fixed it would be perfect!!! Seriously my back is killing me due to the bed....get new mattress.

You have a great location..great little condo and the kitchen was well stocked. As an Inn Owner, the only complaint would be the bed. You want your guests to have a restful stay and to wake up energized. This will not happen with the bed. I really thought about going to Walmart and buying a bed in a box for you. The one big thing guests want is comfort. This should be a big priority for the owner of this place. And also, the sheets are scratchy and uncomfortable. Call me if you like and I can talk to you about my COMPHY sheets. I have them on each bed and sell them as well. Guests deserve the best. Great location close to the beach, quick access to everything we needed. Check in and check out were easy and simple. There was a pervasive smell of stale smoke present the whole time. The floors and rugs didn’t appear to have been recently cleaned, and someone stepped on a piece of broken glass not from our stay. Would benefit from additional towels and blankets. It looks like somebody used a small grill on the patio and left the charcoal mess behind. Overall, the accommodation were attractive and comfortable.

We had 4 big issues:1. our check in was 4pm and we were not let in until 4:20pm despite multiple phone calls. My one year old was in tears and our vacation started off on the wrong foot.2. The pool, which is very nice, was closed for our entire stay due to an electrical issue.3. the balcony of our unit was filthy. Cigarette butts were on the ground of the balcony which were dangerous for my one year old.4. The AC always reads 76 despite adjusting the set temp. Even though it reads 76, its either extremely hot during the day or freezing cold at night. Overall, i would stay at pathway to the sea but would NOT choose this unit, or a unit managed by padre escapes.

This place was absolutely perfect for myself and 6 teenage boys. About a 3 minute walk to the beach, great pool and hangout area. Has a gas grill that looked nice but we didn't use it. Also after getting back from the beach, the pool area has a outdoor shower to rinse off so you don't drag a ton of san back into the condo. Depending on how long yoiu stay, an extra garbage back or 2 will be helpful. Extremely Easy check in and check out!

Our condo was clean and very accommodating. The only critique I have is that the master bedroom mattress is not comfortable. May consider replacing for a more comfortable experience. We were also unable to use the restroom at the pavilion and the after hour person I spoke to said she had never been asked for a code.
