Gal pals 2 night stay at the beach was wonderful in this beautiful townhome. It actually was even more lovely than the photos! Communication with the property manager was very responsive and because the home was ready he allowed us an early check in. Everything was so tastefully appointed with designer touches throughout. The home was immaculate, and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was a chefs dream and very well stocked. All kitchenware was first rate for us foodies! The deck was heavenly with a partial view of the ocean and Neahkanie mountain. Stairs in the entryway going to the living area are somewhat steep. Didn’t bother us, but should note if someone has trouble managing stairs.
Path to the beach is steep to begin with, but levels off fairly quickly and is a very enjoyable walk.
We loved staying here and we will be back!!!

Parking was a bit of a hassle...but everything else was amazing. Clean, beautiful, a fantastic view, was not far from the beach. This was a gem of a find and our family had the best time. Diffenatly would stay here again.

Not sure how it could be better. Rob's communication was awesome. Hopefully the path down the hill through the woods to the beach road can remain open to the public -- there's some controversy. With that open, it was a wonderful walk on the beach and then back through town for coffee. Internet was 100Mbps more than enough to stream and telework.

The townhouse is very comfortable for two couples. Easy to live in. We had two cooks in the kitchen with plenty of room. We are ok with stairs; the two levels for the bedrooms yielded nice privacy. The view is spectacular - quintessential Oregon coast.

We so enjoyed staying at this lovely house. It is so clean and comfortable. You are admonished to remove shoes which keeps all the flooring clean and nice. You’ll feel right at home sleeping in comfortable beds, lounging on comfortable, clean furniture. I appreciated all the supplies and cooking needs in the kitchen. This is a gem to bookmark.

Came for the weekend with our two boys. More house than we needed, but it was great. Everything was tidy and well kept. Location at the north end makes for a bit of a hike to town with some fairly steep hills. There is, however, a trail down to the beech up the hill and a block to the north off of University. Warning, the first park is steep. Some minor quibbles, can't use the garage because there is a golf cart parked there. And no electric scooters. Despite all the talk they were nowhere to be found (glad I didn't tell my boys about them before we got there). Also reported that there were boogy boards, etc. in the shed around the side of the house, but our keys wouldn't open the door. And the kitchen trash....it's a weird hanging thing inside the sink cabinet door that holds about 1.5 gallons. A real kitchen trashcan would be more realistic. However, on the whole, a very nice house with ocean view. It's nice to hear the ocean while you sleep!

This spot is located close to everything we love in Manzanita and with the solitude we look for. The accommodations are immaculate and the aesthetics speak to those who love the ocean. Excellent beds, linens, lighting, and the kitchen makes cooking easy. This place has it all. We'll be back.

Scenic Coastal Home
This is a very nice, updated home with a balcony nestled in the trees overlooking the beautiful ocean and mountains. The kitchen is well stocked and has modern appliances. The living room has very comfortable seating. The location is quiet and great for a scenic drive along the coast. Cannon Beach is not far and the scenery on the way is gorgeous.
We did find the king bed and twin beds to be very firm (the queen bed is softer). Also, the noise from the main living space carries loudly into the master bedroom nearby.
The main issue was poor communication from the management company Evolve. I tried contacting them one month before our stay, but they did not respond to written communication and I was unable to reach them by phone. I was finally given the property owner and housekeeper contact information one week before our stay, but it was too late for them to address my special needs (fragrance allergies). The property owner and housekeeper did communicate well and respond quickly, and I believe they could have made our stay better if Evolve had allowed me to contact them sooner.

Beautifully Appointed and Quiet
We had a delightful stay here during the winter holidays. The home is spotless and cozy--tastefully furnished and with every single thing needed for cooking and serving family meals or enjoying a relaxing bath or curling up by the fireplace to read while a storm rages outside the windows. It's a short drive or a relatively short walk (including some steep hills) in to Manzanita, one of the most charming towns on the Oregon Coast. Thank you, Rob. We hope to return in the future!

Stopped in Manzanita for 2 nights as part of our week long drive along the Oregon coast . Stayed at this gem of a property - wonderful location and fantastic views! Wish we could have enjoyed the house more but unfortunately spent most of our day hiking and exploring

Beautiful oceanview townhouse
I stayed at this property with my adult kids for a week in August. It was a lovely townhouse. Very clean. Quiet on both sides. It looked just like the pictures. It had a lovely view of the ocean, and when you opened the door to the balcony, you could hear the ocean. We spent our happy hours enjoying the view! It's about a ten-minute walk to the beach, all downhill, which means a steeper climb back. There was ample parking to drive to the beach also. When I arrived, I had some questions, which were answered immediately to my satisfaction by the owner. I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation, and I would stay there again.

Beautiful three days on the Oregon Coast
Manzanita has always been our favorite place on the north Oregon coast. The house was clean modern, and spacious, and it was very quiet. The kitchen was first-rate, well-equipped, and easy to use, way better than many VRBO kitchens. We ate all our meals in, sometimes getting takeout, sometimes preparing our own meals. (We recommend crab, clams, and oysters from Jetty Seafood a bit south.) Too bad the neighborhood's path to the beach is closed for the time being, but it was still an easy walk to the beach on the streets.

Stocked with thoughtful little 'extras' like sand toys, frisbees, boards games and dvds (and a gas fireplace), this condo was the perfect place for our family to be when it was cold, rainy, and windy outside. The views are spectacular and the walk to the beach is easy. It was clean, cozy and very inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely Manzanita condo.

Luxurious and quiet
Home was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a gorgeous view from the balcony. There were thoughtful extras that made our family’s stay even more enjoyable- Razor scooters, sand toys, kites, board games, Xbox, and DVDs. Great location near a quiet beach. Short drive to Cannon Beach and amazing hikes in West Oswald State Park. Definitely recommend!!!

Oregon Coast Retreat
Our party of 4 adults enjoyed a 4 night stay in this lovely townhouse in Manzanita, OR. The owner responded quickly and positively to our request for getting into the property before the 4 pm check-in time. We appreciated that! We found an absolutely lovely place for a relaxing weekend: clean, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and the coziness of home. A group of 6 adults would work well here, too. We woke to birdsong in the trees, the sound of the surf in the distance, and quiet everywhere else. We never turned on the tv! The trail to the beach was closed, but we drove into Manzanita to check out the shops, get groceries, find a book to read. We spent a beautiful sunny day driving south for the Cape Meares Scenic Loop for spectacular views, walks on quiet beaches, and the joy of remembering other travels in the area. On our rainy Monday, we drove north to the outlet mall in Seaside for good deals at Eddie Bauer! We will remember this property for future trips to a charming destination in Oregon.

Quiet, nice views, great kitchen
Quiet neighborhood up on a hill with a view through the trees to the north end of the beach. A little tricky to find with Google maps. I wish we knew before we booked that the beach trail from the house was closed. A bit of a hike into town. I've stayed in vacation rentals for years and this one had the best equipped kitchen, great of you like to cook. The chefs knife was actually very sharp and high quality, with instructions NOT to machine wash. I can tell the owner knows his way around a kitchen.

We loved our vacation in Manzanita. The townhome, located on top of a ridge, was new, clean, and tastefully decorated. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to hang out together, cook, and play games. My husband and I enjoyed happy hour on the amazing deck watching the waves and abundance of tree life.

Such a lovely surprise! Have been coming to Manzanita for years and never had seen these condos. Great location, lovely view-both to Neahkanie bay and mountain. House well stocked with necessities and beautifully decorated. It was home base for us adults while kids and grandkids were in town. Lovely retreat!
