Our family of 5 stayed and absolutely loved the rental. You get an amazing property, location and value!!! It really is a short walk to restaurants, coffee, shopping and the beach. This is one of the best beach rentals we’ve had, we will definitely be back.

The house is a great location. One block from town. It’s almost perfect. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fireplace. The 2 bathrooms did not have liquid hand soap at the sinks. The main bathroom needs a doorstop. Everything else is great! Love the kitchen.

Came for a ladies weekend of shopping, beach walks, dining, and evenings by the fireplace. The home was lovely and well equipped. The location was walkable to everything and very peaceful. An ideal getaway!

We loved this house. Really liked the mid century decor. House was equipped with everything we needed( except an iron) used for sewing project. But not a deal breaker : ) the house was very clean and so close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Great house that felt like home - everything is clean, kid friendly, and comfortable. Great selection of books and games and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. 5-10 minute walk to beach, playground and right around the corner from shops and restaurants.

House was how pictures showed. It was small but so roomy. After staying there plan to come back with kids. Had a couple small things that came up. Contacted management company and instant help. Have already started to look at their other properties to rent. Thank you for a great stay.

What a excellent spot, so convenient to the beach, shops, and great strolls through the neighborhood. We will always look to stay here when making a trip out to coast again. Highly recommended for kids, families, or anyone that is looking for a super clean, well stocked home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay - it worked great for our extended family. We loved sitting on the porch, watching everyone go by (it’s a well traveled street). Easy access to Laneda Ave and the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. One caveat - in the remodel, closets were removed from two bedrooms (not the master). There are a few clothes hooks and dressers in each bedroom to use, but don’t bring a lot of hanging clothes.

This was the first stop on our trip down the coast. Booked the place based on the clean look in the photos. It did not disappoint! Well equipped kitchen and appliances which was an added bonus. We cooked dinners and utilized the outdoor grill since most of restaurants in town are closed Monday and Tuesdays. Quiet, idyllic PNW beach town. We just wished we would have booked 3 nights instead of two.

Beautiful home near the beach, restaurants and amenities! The home is cozy with great furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We liked that the home had books and board games for the whole family. Check in and checkout was simple. It's a great place to stay if you want to check out Tillamook or Cannon Beach. We'll definitely look to stay again next time we're in the area.

We had a lovely relaxing time here and the home was super clean and really felt like home to us. The only reason I noted 4 on the listing is there was no tea kettle and chemex as noted in the images. I would have brought my own if I'd known. Also, a minor thing worth noting, there were no Aesop products as seen in pictures. I was only a little disappointed because I left my Aesop shampoo at home because of this. Fabulous home and we'd stay there again!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and the location can’t be beat! It is around the corner from downtown Manzanita, with shopping and restaurants, and only a few blocks for the beach. Looking forward to staying here again.

This is a nice house for enjoying Manzanita. Close to the beach and the shops on Laneda. We stayed here years ago before the manufactured home was remodeled. It has been tastefully updated and is obviously an investment property. As a result, though, it lacks some equipment normally found in a family-owned rental. Namely, the kitchen is stocked with bare necessities, lacking coffee filters, dish rags, the accumulation of basic ingredients you sometimes expect (oil, cooking spray, foil, etc). No beach towels. Every towel in the home is white, both kitchen and bath. It’s cozy, though. Loved the gas insert, the layout, furnishings. Love the side patio with chairs and fire-pit. Lacking extra blankets or layers for the beds, no closets. All of these are minor things I only mention because I have rented many different vacation rentals in Manzanita and they stand out as differences. There is one problem that should be fixed immediately, however; the main hall bathroom shower faucet handle is perhaps installed incorrectly. It will not turn past the point of lukewarm. Hot water comes out of the sink tap—it’s not an issue of having hot water. But the shower is essentially not usable, making this more of a three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath home.
