When you stay here, you'll enjoy a good quality property with a very convenient location. Winter guests will enjoy direct ski in access and easy walk out ski out access too. Summer guests will have bike in bike out or hike in hike out access, and with the National Forest at your door, may even see some moose or other wildlife roaming around. Whatever season you're panning your visit for, the entire ski area base and mountain village area is within easy walking distance. This includes shops, restaurants, bars, activities, free concerts, special events, and more.
The condo itself is a cozy, comfy place, and renovation was extensive. From floor to ceiling, wall to wall, this property has a good quality. New carpet & tile grace the floors. The popcorn ceilings are gone, and there is new texture on the walls too. The bathroom was completely redone with granite counters, new floor tile, vanity, fixtures, even a new toilet. The kitchen also got new tile as well as new stainless steel appliances, butcher block and granite counters, and a nice updated backsplash. For winter 2023/2024, the bedroom has been updated with a new King bed. Current photos show the previous bed, which was a Queen. New photos coming soon. With caring proprety owners, this condo has become and continues to be one of the nicer 1-bedroom condos in the development! All of this and more in a great location!
At this condo you can ski right back to the building. When you pop off your skis, just go up one flight of stairs and you're home! The Hot Tub is right outside and is one of the largest you've ever seen. Not only is ski slope & hot tub access easy, but the shops & restaurants of Ski Time Square & Torian Plum Plaza are an easy walk of about 150 yards from your door. In fact, the entire ski area base is within easy walking distance! From Ski Time Square, free city buses are available to get you to & from the grocery stores, downtown, or pretty much anywhere else in town.
Please note, parking for this development is limited to one reserved space per condo. Parking is not an issue very often. While this rule may or may not be enforced, we want you to be aware up front. If you will have a second vehicle for all or part of your stay, we may be able to accommodate you with a creative solution. Please also note that access to this condo requires some stairs. To enter the building, you go down about 7 steps. You'll enter on the 5th floor. Take the elevator down two floors, which is as far down as it goes. This condo is on the 2nd floor, so you go down the 3rd floor hallway, and then down one flight of stairs to the condo. While this may require a bit of effort when you arrive and depart, the 2nd floor is that much closer to the ski access and the sidewalk to Ski Time Square and the rest of the base area.

Great little space- great security. Parking is limited- but this was shared transparently in the description.

Property was nice, clean, well stocked. The journey to the front door was a bit much for a senior couple with luggage. They try to describe it and do a good job but it is a bit confusing and cumbersome. The ski in is not very good nor the walk out part - maybe ok if we were quite a bit younger. The king bed was very nice. Follow written directions to the unit not the link sent for gps. To get from floor 5 to 3 on elevator was ok while we were there but I could see a traffic jam possibly at times bc it’s a small elevator. Thanks for the stay but we won’t likely rent again bc of difficulty maneuvering in building.

This property was clean. It was well furnished. However it needs some updating. Sort of feels like many of the Marriot hotels these days - not quite what you expect for the money you pay.
1) Where carpet meets tile in the living area, the carpet tack nails are starting to come up. I almost ruined my foot on one.
2) The TV and cable box is way too complicated, slow, and outdated. Netflix didn't work, and no access to other streaming services like Apple, Sling, etc. Spend $500 at the local Walmart and get a new smart TV so when I visit I can access all my streaming services. Makes it easier for you as no cable box, etc. is needed. Keeps it simple and easy to use. I'm here to ski, but in the evenings, I enjoy watching my content. The WiFi was great.
3) Light in the refrigerator was hanging down. It appeared someone had tried to tape it in place but the tape had come loose.
4) Light over the range (under microwave) did not work.
5) The parking is ridiculous. We were reluctant to give up a space to go anywhere because fearful we would return to no place to park. Several cars with no parking passes.
Overall, the visit and skiing were great. Accommodations were okay, but could have been better!

The owner was very responsive and the management company answered our email on a Sunday about a slow-draining tub and bathroom sink offering to come fix it before we left. Steamboat is a beautiful place to visit. We enjoyed hiking, the gondola and the Springs. This condo was super convenient, clean and quiet. Directions from the owner were clear and helpful

The location and the property was beautiful. What was not mentioned is the hot tub was not working. They also didn’t mention that multiple drawers in kitchen were a hazard. Two of the kitchen drawers almost fell and got my foot. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work either. I believe before listing a property things should be in working order. FYI this is the first vacation rental that I’ve stayed at the doesn’t provide coffee which was a huge bummer. Hopefully this spot is safer for the next people to come through!

Enjoyed this condo for our get away weekend on the slopes. We were able to comfortably walk to the slopes, but we were even more comfortably able to ski in after the day. The condo was very clean and everything was as described in the description. While we stayed in late March/early April, there were several walkable restaurants for dinner. The city bus stop was a short walk as well. After our groceries were delivered, we used the kitchen and was pleased with this as well.

There was someone from another unit that liked to smoke marihuana often in the evening. We could not smell it when we were inside but if we tried to go out on the balcony for fresh air, we had to go back inside several times due to the strong smell. Overall would stay again.

We had a great stay, would stay here again. You do have to walk down two set of stairs to get to the run for ski out. So not a true ski out but not a far walk at all. No worse than walking out from the locker room at the base.

Pretty much what we expected per the reviews... tip to future renters... we carried our skis in our "snow boots" down the stairs and across the street and then went back to put our ski boots on. It was a lot easier to walk to the path in our ski boots not carrying our skis.. we knew in advance of the layout but just had to get used to the quick hike to the path to the lifts/gondola. Ski in was nice... quick ten minute walk to bottom of ski area and bus stop. Check in and Check out was a challenge.. we did not coordinate our flights accordingly and no where to store our equipment and luggage. Again tip to future renters.... just plan accordingly. Check-in 4pm check-out 10am. There is no lobby or reception area for Storm Meadows. All in all nice place to stay for my husband and I for just a few days.

This is a nicely updated and maintained condo. We were very comfortable; the rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for a family of 3 (kid on the pullout couch). Make sure you read the detailed location information when booking. The building itself is difficult to get in and out of and there is a lot of carrying skis up and down stairways to get to and from the slopes. For families with young kids, you may wish to find somewhere with easier access. Still 5 stars because it is a lovely place to stay, responsive and friendly owners and everything as advertised. Just make sure it fits your needs.

This condo was a perfect stay for me and my husband. Had everything we needed for a great stay. The condo a bit dated however, the bed was really comfortable. Location to slopes excellent. Short walk out with ski’s, able to ski back to condo. We did not have a car, short walk to restaurants. A bonus, would have been If the condo provided coffee. Totally forgot to bring some, but they did provide coffee maker and filters and a grinder. I’ll remember for next time. Will definitely stay here again. Lastly, if you follow arrival instructions the room was easy to find.

Property was ideal for the 2 of us, just a short walk down the road to the main area. I would highly recommend ordering ski equipment from the Steamboat rentals at the Torian Plaza (and ask to store equipment there overnight) Its not really ski in- ski out to be honest, but that does not spoil the place- it is very convenient and not a big walk down to the main gondola.
The jacuzzi is perfect after a long day skiing! Definitely recommend staying here, perfect little sanctuary to get the r&r before hitting the slopes the next day!

Not really ski in/out, the very worst part is it is impossible to find the place upon arrival. Parking was easy to figure out, building entrance was findable. But once inside the building, it was impossible to find the condo. Carrying bags in was a nightmare. Getting in and out was not ideal. The fireplace didn’t work and when we called about it, they could not come and fix it. Lots of fees upon checkout. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This was a super cute and cozy place, right next to the slopes, so easy access! Had everything you need and we would love to stay here again! Our only issue was the directions of how to get to the unit itself. We found the building, but took like 10 min to find the unit. We eventually found it. Just takes a minute to figure it out. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time here!

First visit to Steamboat and location near Village was great. Ski in at end of day was easy and helpful for tired legs! Condo was comfortable and stocked with any/all we needed (except bath soap). Village and City Bus stop walkable, easy to get downtown. No problem without a car. Use RouteShout app for City bus. Would not hesitate to rent again.

We rented this property for my 30th birthday trip and had an overall wonderful experience. Getting to the property was pretty easy, but finding the room was a bit more difficult. Once you get a feel for the property it is a lot easier to navigate. Great location that is close to the slopes and town!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely fall weekend here. The place was clean, well decorated, fully stocked, and had tons of mountain charm. The hot tub on the property was an added perk. I highly recommend this condo.

Clean, comfortable condominium for a couple
Well-equipped condominium requiring just a few extra touches to enhance convenience and comfort. The bathroom required upgrades, such as better towel bars and a ceiling heater that worked. The bedroom needed a king bed, second chest of drawers and good quality curtains. The lounge also needed good curtains and brighter, lighter paint and decor. Cleanliness was great, without the use of pungent chemical cleaners or products that would have caused allergic reactions. Access to the codominium is convoluted.
