Aceptable

El desayuno, la atención y las habitaciones.

Muy mala aislación de sus paredes. No pude dormir después de las 5 am porque la persona de la habitación al lado dejo prendida la televisión y se escuchaba todo. Si tienen problemas de aislación entonces no pongan televisores en las habitaciones.

Buena ubicación,el estar dentro del terminal ayuda mucho para poder dejar el equipaje rápido y salir a conocer. En caso de que aún no se encuentre lista la habitación de igual forma se puede dejar el equipaje en una sala segura. Nos gustó que se pueda entrar y salir las 24 horas del día.

Se escucha el ruido de las otras habitaciones ,falta aislamiento del sonido.

Cuenta con todas las comodidades y los anfitriones son muy amables. El lugar es muy estratégico. Todo está pensado. Realmente la mejor experiencia de servicios de hostelería en la que he estado.

Hotel Terra es LO MEJOR, quizás falta algo de estética, pero siento que hicieron lo mejor que pudieron con el espacio que tenían. Realmente es muy bueno el lugar. Si pudiera decir algo quizás sería que Booking no le da tanta prioridad en la publicidad como debería

RECOMENDADISIMO 💯

Tiene un desayuno variado, pancitos jamón queso, yogurt, cereales, frutas y lo mejor jugos naturales, es un espacio muy agradable, el personal amable y es 24 horas puedes salir y volver a la hora que gustes es genial porque puedes salir a comer en la noche y todo ☺️ lo recomiendo y lo tendré en cuenta para otras veces

No es que no me haya gustado pero creo que sería una genial idea añadir más productos miniaturas para el baño, shampoo acondicionador, algún gel para lavarse la carita 😊

Recomendado una buena opción en Valdivia

Cómodo económico bien ubicado el área para desayunar es muy amplia y te atienden a la mesa

El ascensor que llevan del 3 al 4 piso es imposible por qué es usado por todas las personas del mall en general y eso hace que la espera sea larga pero es algo externo al funcionamiento del hotel que es muy bueno

Great place to stay between bus rides

Very convenient location on the forth floor of the bus terminal. We picked it as we arrived on a late bus and were leaving in the morning. We slept well and couldn’t hear any bus noise from our room. Room was basic but fine and breakfast was good for the price.

I wouldn’t stay here unless you are getting a late/ early bus. NOTE: You only need to pay the additional tax if you are from Chile. At the time we stayed there was an issue with their system and booking customers were being charged this tax incorrectly, so their solution was to cancel the booking online and pay them directly. We stayed in Chile for 3 weeks and never had to pay this tax anywhere else.

Got scammed by nice photos, once I got to the place it was horrible.

Nothing. The place is a huge rip off. Nothing positive to say about the place. Is so bad that fo fullfiling this review I'm going to write nonsense. Thus far and I will be there at the same time I don't have a car so I can get a ride to the airport on Friday and.

Everything. View for window was only industrial roofs and AC's. The sheets looked like from 1970. The light bulbs made us feel to be at a hospital. At night it was extremely noisy and when you walked in the room it feels that you're going to break the floor thus you'll end up on the ground floor.
