This fully renovated as of 2020, five bedroom home is located in a family-oriented neighborhood, just a block from the beautiful, residential Croatan Beaches! Each bedroom is fully equipped with a comfortable bedding, linens, and ample storage between dressers, closets, and under the bed storage.

When you walk into the front door of the spacious home, you'll find the stairs leading up to the second floor, the garage on your right with storage and beach essentials and access to the patio. Down the hall, past a large closet for storage, you'll walk directly into a queen bed bedroom with a large amount of storage. The old school design is classed up in this house, you will feel so comfortable here! Next, you'll pass the beautiful walk in shower and bathroom to get to the private ensuite with a small kitchenette for those who want a space to prepare a snack without disturbing the remainder of the home. This room has a twin bed with another trundle option in here. The third bedroom features two twin bunkbeds. You can access the pool from the private ensuite, but keep in mind there is a security feature to alarm the house if someone opens this door. We have this in place so that you can make sure you are aware if kids walk onto the patio since the pool is not gated.

Once you walk up the stairs, on the left you'll find a huge, beautiful deluxe kitchen with high end appliances and truly anything you need to prep, store, and clean any sized meal you want to prepare for your group. The space includes an island with additional seating, attached to the dining room that has enough seating for the whole home to eat together.

Attached to the dining room is a comfortable seating area with some board games and books to keep you entertained on a rainy day. Snuggle into this reading nook or join the rest of the family in the spacious living room, accented with beautiful seascape vibes, including stained glass features, that will make you instantly feel at home. This space is perfect for any type of way you want to spend with your family - movie night, board games, or just catch up and relax.

Enjoy rainy days with multiple flat screen TV's, reading nooks, and spacious living and dining areas where your group can spend time together. Thoughtful additions such as board games and books are also available for your enjoyment.

Need to catch up on just a little bit of work? Don't worry, we have a desk area for you, but we hope it doesn't take you long so you can get back to relaxing! This floor also has a half bathroom for your convenience.

On the third floor, you'll find another perfect reading nook area to your left up the stairs, this is perfectly situated between the two bedrooms. To the right of the stairs you'll enter the master suite. This includes a queen bed, large and spacious room, desk, sitting chair, large walk in closet, and a shared bathroom with luxury features.

The bathroom has a jetted tub and beautifully designed walk in shower, so you can experience luxury in any type of way you want. This bathroom is shared with another queen bedroom that also has a spacious closet for those who love to pack prepared.

The fourth floor is for those who want to tan without having to walk to the beach! Enjoy the privacy and quiet of the neighborhood while getting your tan on. We have tanning chairs up there for your convenience - enjoy this space while catching stunning views of the neighborhood and the beach just beyond the trees. In the winter you can see the beachfront!

Santosha is well-equipped with items such as: a beach cart, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and even bikes! For even more outdoor enjoyment of the Virginia Beach weather, enjoy the luxury of multiple decks, a hot tub, and a gas grill. Come in July to see fireworks from the rooftop deck!

House Rules with a Twist!
No Smoking, No Pets: Keep it fresh and pet-free! No pets allowed, or it'll cost $200.
Dish Duty: Used dishes? Give them a quick wash and put them back. Easy peasy!
Furniture Fun: Feel free to rearrange, but please return things to their spots and switch off lights and small appliances before you leave.
Safety First: Lock up all doors and windows, and take your trash out when you go.
Spot a Mess?: Let us know if something needs extra cleaning—we’re here to help!
Key & Pass Reminder: Lost keys or parking passes? That’ll be $125.
Sleep Sweetly: Max three people per bedroom. Our cozy beds are for comfort, not extra guests.

Pet Policy: Your pets may need their own vacation! Unfortunately, we aren't able to welcome them to the home right now.


Trash Policy: Trash pickup is early morning Tuesday. Please place all trash in the trash can Monday night, we will take them to the curb for you.

Please recycle the following items:
1. Paper: Clean newspapers, broken-down cardboard boxes (clean, dry, and unwaxed), chipboard (like cereal boxes), unwanted mail (including catalogs and magazines), telephone books, and paper grocery bags.
2. Glass: Clear, green, and brown bottles and jars (remove and discard lids).
3. Plastic: Only bottles with a neck and spout (remove and discard lids).
4. Metals: Aluminum and steel/tin food and beverage cans (pour or wipe out cans).
5. Place recyclables loosely in your container. Town-home residents may place additional recyclables in paper bags next to their container.

Do not recycle: Household garbage, waxed cardboard, juice boxes, milk cartons, food containers, yard waste, plastic bags, plastic toys, plastic pools, motor oil containers, ceramic or ovenware dishes, bottle caps, Styrofoam, or packing peanuts.


Laundry: There is laundry located on the first floor!

Parking Info: We have up to 5 parking spots in the driveway and second driveway. There is no garage at this home.
