Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και διαμέρισμα ! Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός καθώς ήρθε σε επικοινωνία μαζί μου μόλις έγινε η κράτηση και με βοήθησε πολύ στο πάρκινγκ και ότι άλλο χρειάστηκα !

Top appartement in erg leuke buurt!

Perfecte locatie, alles dichtbij. Fijn balkon aan de voorzijde. Airconditioning op de slaapkamers.

De douche is klein en laag en stroomt snel over. Een douchegordijn voelt ook weinig hygienisch. Apart toilet was ook fijn geweest.

Perfect Family stay in Thessaloniki !!!

The location is perfect. In a calm neighborhood close to many restaurants and very close to the center. The apartment is spacious, very clean and warm. We had everything that we needed and expected. Definitely our choice for the next stay in Thessaloniki.

The location is great, it was close to the garage that owner organized for us. It really is "walk everywhere" :)

Shower is small and the bathroom gets wet, so we needed to mop it after every use. At least the mop is there - prepared :)

Shower was just really small for a group of six. Second bedroom had no sockets.

the location is amazing: just next to the market, where you can find fresh vegetables, meat, organic food and more than all you nees, quiet. on a small square with a fountain, a bakery in the next building. the apartment is very clean, beautiful, all going well. we really really liked our stay with our 3 kids.

Great Flat, Bad Bathroom

Overall, the apartment is nicely refurbished and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice for people watching.

The bathroom was very awkward and small. The shower was horrible and nearly impossible for a grown man to fit in it. The drain doesn't work very well either and water floods the bathroom. With the rest of the apartment being so nice, it's a shame that nothing was done for the bathroom.

A place like home in the heart of the city

Charis, the owner is very friendly and helpful, the apartment cannot be in better location. Clean, quiet, big enough, fully equipped - you won´t be disappointed, I am sure.

The hot water in the shower was a bit like the weather in april - unpredictable...

Haris was a wonderful host! He met us at the property and gave us a walk-through and answered any questions we had before he left. Everything we needed was on site when we arrived. I hope to get to stay there again in the future!

The unit's location is good

The carpet felt dirty and damp. Shower was small and floor was slippery with no floor mat. The shower curtain was quite useless actually. We did not meet the host upon our arrival and only managed to contact via messages.

The location was excellent, the apartment itself was very spacious and well equipped, and decorated. The owner was very polite and very helpful. I strongly recommend it.

The shower in the bathroom could have been more spacious, even by missing or relocating the washing machine. It was narrow and after every shower, we had to mop the water from the toilet floor.

perfect location - great value for money

perfect location very clean apartment as the name suggested- easy to walk everywhere market and shops nearby - and yet quiet and save environment owner very friendly and welcoming

as mention - shower a bit small and there's no place to hang the shower head lack of Electrical outlet in the bedrooms but its minor issues - nothing you cannot handle

A fantastic apartment in the centre of Thessaloniki with a very friendly and hospitable host!!

The apartment is absolutely fantastic! 3 spacious bedrooms, very clean and modernly furnished. The location was great, in the city centre just beside Kapani market. You can easily get fresh breakfast. There is a bakery just beside and you can buy fruit at the market. There is a good parking garage just 200 meters from the apartment. Our very friendly host helped us very well preparing our arrival. He is very hospitable! We certainly can recommend the apartment!

One of the bedrooms didn't seem to have a power outlet anywhere I could see it to charge my phone.

Place is beautiful and it feels like a home! It is a huge apartment, well equipped in a very good location in the center of Thessaloniki. The host is always available for anything. Hope to stay here again soon. High recommendation!

Best of both worlds! Superb quiet location right off Aristotle Square.

- Superb location: Conveniently located right off Aristotle Square, but tucked into a quiet side street. Adjacent to a fresh produce market and many quaint shops and restaurants. - Rooms were comfortable, beds nice and firm, windows very soundproof (although area outside is quiet). - Very well-equipped, with nice little balconies. - Good water pressure. - Good air-conditioning in the bedrooms. - Smooth check-in process. Good communication with our host (even though we arrived during a holiday). Proprietor made arrangements for us to use a nearby parking garage. Very convenient.

- Bathroom was a little snug, with a very small stand-up shower. - Kitchen was tiny (but well-equipped). - Two of the bedrooms are connected, and you need the door between them to be open if you were running the air-conditioner at night because the a/c was only in one of those two bedrooms

Great location. Big apartment.

The host is friendly and always available to call.

Cleaning could be better. We didn't get the keys until around 4 p.m o'clock.That was a problem for us because we arrived tired and had to walk around the city until the apartment was ready for us.

Centralized apartment for a short stay

The location is very centralized. Lots of fresh fish and produce on your door step. It's easy to walk to the water and most landmarks. Lots of resturants nearby.

It wasn't a problem but there are a few things that are scheduled for repairs. One bathroom can be a challenge for a group and the ceiling in the bathroom is very low which is a challenge for people taller than 6 feet.
