Everything was great, very clean and bright. Our only disappointment was the king size bed was actually (2) single mattress pushed together, and not comfortable. We chose to sleep on the double bed in 2nd bedroom. Overall we had a wonderful stay @ Happy Gator

Very nice place
The pictures really don’t do it justice. It was very close to several beaches, and we visited many of them. The only thing I disliked about the property was the sulfur smell of the water. It is quite strong and makes the house smell of sulphuric as well.

House was just as shown on the listing. My family had an amazing time staying at this house! Beds were comfy, there were lots of towels, and everything we needed was there for our use. Pool was perfect for the kids and the shaded area was a nice place to relax in the evening. Definitely recommend this vrbo!

Beach getaway
This house was wonderful for us, and is located very close to many beaches on the west coast. We primarily visited beaches and used the pool, and everything was great. The house is furnished with way more than we actually needed, so I imagine it would make just about any family very happy. Nothing went wrong while we were there, so we were very happy with our stay. We'd certainly stay there again if we traveled back to the area.

We, grandparents from Ohio scheduled a reunion with our son, daughter-in-law and 4 year old grandson from California to enjoy the Florida sun and surf. Birgit's home was perfect for our group to be very comfortable. Her pool was great and her house is stocked with so many towels, pool toys and kitchen tools. Loved it!

This property has everything we were looking for in a vacation rental! Close to beaches and shopping, all the while being in a quiet location away from tourists. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and the attached heated pool was a hit for the kids. Brigit and Renee were awesome to work with. They were kind, flexible and quick to respond. Venice is AMAZING!
The house was super clean! Well organized. The pool was beautiful and we loved the fence around it for our kiddos. The beds were comfortable. The overall home was beautiful and conveniently located near all the best beaches, restaurants, & shops. Birgit was very accomodating, and her property manager Rene was there in a hurry when we needed something. There were lots of thoughtful extra’s (toys for the kids, beach equipment, etc)

Great deal and nice location
we truly like the fact that it was 10 min drive to the beaches near by. They have a great pool, the inside of the house had everything you will need. The only down side is the check in being at 5pm. You don't really have too much time to do anything , most places check is at 2pm which will give you sometime to enjoy the beach or the pool. Overall its beautiful home, great pool and great communication from the property manger. We would stay again if we had a chance. Thank you.

Excellent accommodations
Villa Happy Gator exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and well stocked. Check in and out was extremely easy. The pool was great for the 4 adults and our 6 and 11 year old grandkids. They spent many hours in it. The house is very close to many beaches and to the ferry to the private beach. We appreciated the ferry pass coming with the house rental. Birgit was very easy to work with and quick to respond to all our questions. We all agreed this was an excellent vacation rental and would stay here again.

the price is higher than in the website
We have rented this house for 3 days. But 1 day payment is waste because check-in time is 5pm and check-out time is 11am. Also the last day thre pool circulation system was not working. We couldn't use the pool. We have rented this house bc of privacy. One day, pool cleaner guy came suddenly and spent half an hour for cleaning. Our 1 day price went to cleaning time and we paid 1
extra for cleaning. We arrived here around 2:30 and no one was here for cleaning. They arrived around 3 and text us back that they are done around 4:15. In one of the emails they informed us to wash towels and bed sheets, dishes, tidy up, throw the garbage, clean the oven etc. The plus sides are the house has all the kitchen ware, towels, even shampoo and stuff. If you are okay with using those you can just pack your clothes and food and spend your time here. There is a free pass for the beach. There are bicycles. It is closed to wawa and walmart. Overall, the trip was not soo bad but i feel like the extra fees are a bit too much for the service you get. Normally when you go to a hotel for 3 nights, it becomes like 4 days but here 3 nights are like 2 days.
