Très bon rapport qualité prix

L'emplacement est très bien situé à 5 min de l'arrêt de metro Hoche et la rue est plutôt calme. La chambre était très propre aussi!

Clean room. decent bed.

Not a great street - felt a little unsafe at night. Very thin walls between rooms - quite noisy from other guests.

Really awful. Rude staff. Damp bedroom with mouldy walls and damp sheets.

The location was great, but the staff were very nonchalant and not at all helpful. Bedroom was mouldy and sheets damp.

Just choose a different hotel.

Big and clean room, hotel closed to subway :)

I really liked this hotel, my room was really big and bright. I also liked my bathroom it was quite modern and clean. Wifi connection also was good and I could make video calls and send a lot of pictures/videos to my family and friends. Subway also close, just in 5 minutes of walking;)

I not really liked location, didn't felt myself safe even during day. Speaking about my room, there was no slippers and it was cold for me. Also bathroom sink was leaking, so may be better to check plumbing in rooms.

Small comfortable friendly accommodation.

Old building with recent renovation well done. Corridors narrow but room modern an comfortabe. Excellent bedside lights. Electric jug and coffee making facilities. Manager was friendly and helpful. We were able to leave bags when we arrived before midday. We liked the small scale.

Not the most salubrious area. But we had no problems and it was a very convenient location.

the bed was very comfortable, there were shampoos and soap. The area was very quiet and nice

Wifi didn’t work, didn’t expect a cleaner as in anybody else in the room at one point. No way of storing or making food (fridge or microwave or anything).

very clean and comfortable. good price. bottle of water was a nice touch. handy for Parc Villette and Cité de La Musique

a full length mirror in the room would have been useful. neighbourhood is a little grotty.

Everything is super clean, shower is just great, what you see in the pictures is what you get. No air conditioning of cors but there's a little fan.

Get back from the metro at night is a little shady.

Good hotel for City holiday

The hotel offers a perfect location and facility if you travel for a weekend and are looking for value accommodation. The easy access to metro was great.

Very nice pit stop stay when moving throughout Paris.

Room was nice, clean and fairly modern. The owner was very friendly and happy to have us! Tea and coffee in the room with clean towels and toiletries!

The location doesn’t feel safe, no aircon but did provide a fan and no lift which wasn’t an issue for us.

Superb

Absolutely quiet place in a small street, 3 walking minutes to the metro. Very nice and helpful operator. Newly furnished an very clean room; bathroom small but also new and perfect clean. A bottle of water, instant coffee and tee for free in the room, no charge for Wifi.
