Tout parfait.

Aimable et sympathique accueil à la réception , bon petit déj, belle chambre.

aération des chambres. Tout est fermé sans possibilité d'ouvrir.. Mais cela insonorise bien vu la proximité du periph

Bellissimo soggiorno a Parigi

Appartamento molto carino e staff eccezionale. Posizione fuori città ma ben servita con metro vicina e tram a due passi. Supermercato attaccato alla struttura quindi comodissimo.

Purtroppo è mancato il Wi-Fi per tre giorni e la connessione internet tramite dati mobili non funzionava.

Hôtel à déconseiller !

La situation par rapport à mon lieu de séminaire

On nous avait promis vers 15h30 de changer de chambre car les lits n'étaient pas séparés. Nous sommes partis nous promener car on nous avait promis que le changement serait effectif à notre retour. Quelle déception à notre retour vers 23h... Rien n'avait été fait. Le gardien de nuit a été réactif et très sympa car il a séparé les lits avec de la literie de dépannage... Il a écrit dans un registre ce qui s'est passé, mais le lendemain et le surlendemain : aucune réaction... De plus, aucun ménage durant notre séjour de 3 jours : lits, poubelle, salle de bain, etc...

Lo staff non parla Inglese La finestra della stanza non puoi aprire Troppa polvere in stanza Zona limitrofa lontana da tutto La zona è un po’ pericolosa

not clear about no breakfast including ,,, and this international hotel why no one can talk by English ,,, no clean every day direction to use the item especially all things by french language

Good beds, clean and quiet. Metro is just a 5 minutes walk...

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is not in the center, but only 5 minutes to get to the Metro. Supermarket is very close. Parking under the hotel and easy reachable by car. Metro 5 and 9 brings you to the center. The 19th is not the nicest part of Paris, but never felt unsafe (neither during the evenings).

Sticked to the 15:00 check-in time which was a bit more flexible in the past. Not a big deal, but a bit of flexibility is always appreciated.

Everything there that we needed. Rooms were great. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, even though our French is not great, at all. Tram just outside to the station.

Exceptional

Big room size with a kitchen. Big toilet. Comfy beds. Quiet room with exceptional soundproofing. Quiet air conditioning. Supermarket next door. Very good value for money. Room is dark at night. Receptionist helped to booked a taxi to the airport for 7am.

Curtains did not fully block the early morning sunlight due to gaps at the top. 2 single beds joined together instead of a double bed. Soap and Shampoo ran out on the first night of stay which caused an inconvenience of going down to the reception to replace it. No daily housekeeping. Shower head is leaky and is about to be broken. Bathtub needs a handrail installed to make it easier to get up from the bathtub.

We booked this hotel because of the parking, when they said parking is additional 25 evro per night and it’s not always

Locality was pretty good. You have a supermarket right under the accomodation.

- No toilet papper on room. - No option of parking, even if it should be. - If the personal smiles more it would be great.

Overall it’s a good place to stay apart from little issues which can be improved I will definitely recommend it

Nice property but feel like it’s not in the right place Area looks a little deprived Building is very nice but can be in better area Toilet Shouldn’t be in the Kitchen Area
