The environment is clean and tidy, but no one tidied the room during the 5 days I stayed. I actually like this, because

This accommodation is locked with an electronic combination, and there is no receptionist at the counter. The advantage is that it is very convenient, you can check in by yourself after 4 pm, you can come in and out freely, and no one bothers you. The location is very good, just in the urban area of Miyakojima, there are many restaurants next to it, and the supermarket is not far away.

The sound insulation is not very good, but I can accept it

Great location & good for longer stays

Great location for those who travel without renting a car, lots of restaurants and other places accessible on foot, the bus stop to the Shimoji airport also very close, and the port. Super friendly personnel, laundry machine free of charge (with washing powder) on the first floor. Very convenient for longer stays.

IT is not possible to contact anyone if you dont have a phone. I Had a Problem with the door and sent a message but never got an answer. The place needs a renovation.

You get what you pay for

It looked like a great location on the map within walking distance of the city center. Apart from being cheap and in town nothing much to praise the place for. You pay what you get for applies as they say.

Dark and noisy backstreet surrounded by local Karaoke bars and snacks. Walking distance to tourist restaurants but nothing to write home about. Makes you feel so depressed if you are not interested in getting drunk.

Mostly pleasant and convenient to go anywhere.

Location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. You can change your towels as many and as often as you want.

The clothes drying space was kinda unhygienic with bugs and it took more than half an hour to get the key for that space.

Value for price was good including the location

The day for the free breakfast was unknown until the previous day and only had 2 free breakfast in 8 nights. The cleaning also was unknown and happened only twice.

Exceptional

Good location, they have everything we need. The washing machine and dryer are very useful. We had a wonderful stay!

The only thing is I didn’t know where they put extra garbage bags but it’s really not a big deal. We figured it out the second day.

it is an apartment hotel, they don't have a cleaning service and there is no vacuum cleaner or so to clean your floor.. after beach day it kinda gross that they don't have a staff to clean your room.
