About this apartment rental
The apartment is absolutely quiet at the end of the Erlenweg, a dead end in the most beautiful residential area of Titisee.
Only a 5-minute walk to the outdoor pool on Lake Titisee, the town center and the busy promenade with restaurants and shops.
Hiking trails start at the doorstep. Over the Mooswald track, illuminated in the evening, you have access to the huge trail network of Hinterzarten and Titisee-Neustadt.
The house is the ideal location for active vacationers, but also for the whole family.
Gallery apartment in the attic with beautiful south-west balcony. The bright living room with comfortable sofa and a dining area invite you to a cozy get-together. From there a wooden staircase leads to the gallery with a box spring bed and a small library.
Also in the master bedroom (below) there is a box spring bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities to make your job easier.
"Dachhöhle" (20 m²) with cots and underfloor heating. Here are a total of 3 - 4 sleeps more. A queen bed and a 90 x 200 m bed. However, this room consists of a pitched roof, which does not meet DIN standards.
The bathroom with shower and toilet was completely renovated, kept in white and blue.
At the end of 2017 the floors in the corridor and master bedroom were renewed,
and a new washing machine and TV set up.

The property is very well situated in Titisee and to visit the surroundings. Pity the train to some stations wasn't available (but it wasn't too much of a problem).

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber, hell und super gut gelegen. 3 Minuten in den Wald, 5 Minuten zum See und zu Restaurants etc. Wirklich toll… wir kommen gerne wieder. 😊

Tolle und geräumige Unterkunft
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Kurzurlaub mit unseren Kindern. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Legionellenbefall im Trinkwasser
Bei Ankunft wurden wir mit mehreren Anschlägen im Haus und auch an der Wohnungstüre darüber informiert, dass bei der letzten Wasseranalyse Legionellenbakterien im Trinkwasser gefunden wurden. Das hiess für uns Kochen und Zähneputzen nur mit Mineralwasser. Wir haben umgehend Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufgenommen und erfahren, dass er darüber nicht informiert war. Später informierte er uns, dass diese pathogenen Keime angeblich nur in einem Wasserstrang festgestellt wurden und die Wohnung nicht betroffen sei. Da diese Info auf der Warnung fehlte und die Mitteilung direkt an der Wohnungstüre angebracht war, haben wir weiterhin Mineralwasser verwendet und unseren Aufenthalt einige Tage früher abgebrochen.

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in einer sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Besonders der große Wohnraum mit der Sitzecke und den großen Fenstern hat einen besonderen Charakter, der gerade in der Winterzeit ein schöner Aufenthaltsort ist. Die Vermieter waren in der Kommunikation sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ein kleines ABER
Die Wohnung ist schön, die Einrichtung ziemlich bunt, die Sofas sehr bequem, die Lage toll, aber..
...die Wohnung hatte leider (im Winter im beheizten Zustand) einen starken Eigengeruch.
Unser erste Gedanke war: Sie riecht wie eine alte Raucherwohnung. Versuche während unseres Aufenthalts den Geruch mit Lüften, Kaffeepulver, Zitronensaft loszuwerden, schlugen leider fehl. Das einzig Gute: Nach ca einer halben Stund in der Wohnung hatte sich die Nase etwas daran gewöhnt und man nahm den Geruch nicht mehr so stark war. Wenn man allerdings von draußen reinkam, war der Geruch schon heftig. :-/
Fazit: Eine schöne Wohnung, aber unserer Meinung nach, keine Nichtraucher Wohnung und nichts für empfindliche Nasen

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist toll und es fehlte uns an nichts. In den Betten habe wir angenehm geschlafen.

Der Zuschnitt der Wohnung, die gute Ausstattung und und der gepflegte Zustand lassen vermuten, dass die Eigentümer sie gelegentlich selbst nutzen. Mit anderen Worten: eine außerordentlich angenehme Ferienwohnung, die gut über das schlechte Wetter hinweggeholfen hat. Eine echte Empfehlung!

Appartement agréable près du lac
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Il est bien aménagé, tout était fait pour que nous passions un bon séjour (cuisine bien équipée, salle de bain avec lave linge et sèche cheveux).
A 5min à pied, accès à la plage et aux commerces.

Gute Lage, zu Fuß alles gut zu erreichen, Haus sehr ruhig, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, wir und die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt!

Gute Lage
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und man kann überall zu Fuß hin. Nur für einen Einkauf im Supermarkt benötigt man ein Auto. Unsere Tochter wollte in dem „Dachzimmer“ schlafen, sah auf den Fotos auch in Ordnung aus. Auf die geringe Zimmerhöhen wurde ja hingewiesen, aber das es sich hierbei um eine Abstellkammer handelte war nicht erwähnt und auch auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich. In dem Raum stand alles mögliche rum, Putzutensilien, Staubsauger, Leiter ...... Deshalb dafür Abzug in der Bewertung. Der Rest der Wohnung ist völlig in Ordnung, wenn man nicht 2 getrennte Schlafräume benötigt. Die Galerie liegt offen über dem Wohnzimmer.

Gesamthaft ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Sehr schöne Wohnung aber das Dachzimmer glich ein wenig einer Abstellkammer. Es hat zu viele Sachen drin und ein bisschen unordentlich. Nicht so gemütlich wie auf den Fotos. Man könnte bestens eine Abschrankung machen.
Sonst hat alles bestens funktioniert und wir waren alle zufrieden.

Tolle Wohnung, Exzellente Lage
Tolle Wohnung mit direkter Nähe zum Wald und somit zu vielen Wanderwegen. Sehr ruhige und dennoch sehr zentrale Lage der Wohnung.
Bis zum Bäcker/Bahnhof sind es mit dem Auto mal gerade 4 Minuten.
Bis in das Badeparadies sind es 8 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gemütlich und sauber. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Lage zum See und zur Strandpromenade ist perfekt zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren mit allem rundum sehr zufrieden und sagen vielen Dank dafür 😊
