About this house rental

Brilliant indoor/outdoor flow with windows and doors opening from kitchen and dining onto the deck. The main deck is perfect for entertaining and outdoor dining. The upstairs deck has views of the vineyards, a glimpse of the sea and is the ideal place to watch the sunset.

The house is fully furnished with dishwasher, BBQ, trampoline & toys for the kids. Main living areas and upstairs bedroom/living area are all very spacious and light.

Internal access garage and carport. Ping pong table, fuss ball table & scooters for the kids.

Please bring your own linen (towels/sheets/pillow cases). Some towels, bath mats, hand towels & teatowels are provided.

Maximum 8 guests.

Special conditions:
Water: The house is on a tank water supply, please be conservative with water usage especially in summer.

Smoking allowed outside only.

This property was perfectly located for our family break at the beach. Just 200 metres walk. It was also fine for our group of 3 adults and one child, and could have held more kids if needed. We had a great time.

Really is a 3 min walk to the beach. Lovely place, clean, big kitchen with everything and heaps of room, perfect for 2 families.

We had a wedding in Cooks beach. This place was perfect location. We walked to beach and parks for our almost 2yr old son. Great place for a family to stay.

Very accommodating, we brought our boat and dog, great shower and gas cooking, large living spaces. Wonderful locals, beaches and cliffs.

The bach is a perfect setup for families and has everything you need for a great holiday. 1 minute walk to beautiful Cook's Beach. Great cafe's close by. Lovely comfortable bach with everything you could possibly need. Great communication with the host Jane. And so kind to leave us a bottle of wine and late checkout.

Well equipped, clean, comfy beds. Only a short walk to the beach that even a 3 year old could manage! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you Jane!

Great Bach to stay in.Excellent setup for our family. Owners were very obliging and went that extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. And it was.Thankyou we will be back.

The water stunk, and was DIRTY. Plumber inspection said “the tank has a lot of sediment in it.” We could not drink / shower / wash clothes. Stained our clothing to a point of no return. We were lucky to have family nearby in a different Bach so we could use their facilities. Would not recommend until they can prove the tank water had been changed and tank cleaned out.

We arrived on a cold rainy day and lit a fire , we were toasty and warm . It heated up the property nicely .Great location and only a few minutes walk from the beach . Lots of room for all of us . My kids enjoyed the garden and trampoline.

Our group had an amazing time in Cooks Beach, the property was perfect! If we weren’t out exploring the area we were out on the deck soaking up the sun! Would absolutely recommend! Simple check in and easy communication with host- Cheers

This was our second time staying at this property. We loved it. It's a fantastic, spacious and well-equipped house, in an amazing location, and communication with the host was excellent. We were even able to entertain ourselves with table tennis and board games on the couple of rainy days we had. Would highly recommend - we will be booking again!

Well equipped and had everything we needed for a family Christmas. The house is much bigger than the photos make it look. We had a great stay and didn’t feel there was anything that needed improving

Cooks Beach house was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a Xmas lunch for 10 and the kitchen was well setup to cope with the crowd. Dinnerware/ cutlery and serving plates. Awesome. Very relaxing house with plenty of space to relax. Only suggestion, a bicycle pump for the bikes as tires were flat. Luckily we had a local friend with a pump. We look forward to staying again soon.

We had a great holiday in this lovely bach. It was clean, well presented and a good location. Beds were all comfortable too. Family loved the bach and Cooks Beach. We will definitely return.

This is an excellent property,a short walk to the beach and very good inside/ outdoor flow with a great undercover outdoor dining area on the deck.Kitchen is well equipped and has a sensible layout and the living space is wonderful.The photos make it appear smaller.My only issue was that as a reader especially on holiday,it would be nice to have a bedside reading lamp each in the main bedroom! Other than that small quibble ,nothing to fault!
