This is a large, contemporary, spacious home situated on Orewa's most prominent point. The long driveway leads you to a 1,920 sqm section with 270-degree views. To the south is Orewa and the town's beautiful beach, to the east is Rangitoto Island and to the north is forested hilltops.
This two story house boasts five bedrooms and three bathrooms with an ocean view in EVERY room; it can sleep 10 comfortably. Blending rustic elegance with luxury and comfort, it features a soaring high ceiling with wood panels, a wood burning fireplace, a glass enclosed dinning room with seating for eight, a large open modern kitchen, a large flatscreen TV, sound system and WIFI connection. NEWLY FURNISHED, the house is beautifully decorated with high quality furniture, bedding, and all the amenities, including a brand new refrigerator, washer and dryer.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the large wooden deck and watch the glorious sunrise over the ocean, gather at the outdoor table for a family meal to the sound of the ocean and birds, let the sound of waves rock you to sleep. This house is a dream come true and a perfect home base to explore Orewa and the surrounding areas.
