About this villa rental

This spacious and well equipped Villa is situated within its own private and secluded grounds of over 1.1 Acres (5,200m2) with lawns and woodland - yet is only approximately 300 metres from the sea (5 or 6 mins walk) in a sought-after location between La Croix Valmer and Cavalaire, 20 minutes west of St Tropez via the quiet road past Ramatuelle.

The villa is south-facing, extremely spacious with 200m2 of living space and has a beautiful 'mosaic' swimming pool of 10m x 5m situated close to the house, surrounded by terraces. Secure gates with ample parking for several cars. Mains water, electricity & central heating.

All main rooms open on to the terraces and pool area and there is also a superb covered terrace with an outdoor dining area with table. Inside, the property is very light and airy with large windows and open-plan sitting room & dining room with a 10 seater dining table opening to the terraces. Fully fitted luxury kitchen, 5 double bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 1 main bathroom.. Air con is in all bedrooms.

The reasons why we bought our villa in Cavalaire Sur Mer :

When we were looking to buy our villa in Cavalaire Sur Mer 10 + years ago, we had a few points on our wish list.

Firstly, with young and growing kids, we wanted to be a short & very easy walk from the beach and beach restaurants, so we could pop down to the beach and back to the villa with ease. It was also important that we could walk into the town for restaurants, bars and shops and also have a wide varieties of activities, villages, towns and attractions to visit within a short drive. Our villa was able to tick all the boxes.

Our villa with large garden space, offers great privacy and we believe the location is perfect for family and friends to spend time in the beautiful Cote D'Azur.

A group of 10 of us had a lovely week here. The villa is just over 5 minutes walk from Pardigon beach - a fantastic uncrowded beach with beautiful sand. Cavalaire is 20 minutes walk away. We also had trips to St Tropez and Gassin. .

Maison très agréable de plein pied située dans un grand jardin, proche de la plage à pied. Très belle piscine, agréable salle à manger d'été extérieure. Idéal pour un séjour en famille.

L'emplacement est super : dans la verdure et à 5 minutes de la plage. Les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs sont très grands et bien distribués (un espace chill-piscine, un espace vie et une zone nuit). Points d'amélioration : tout le matériel est vieillissant (matelas-transats, ustensiles de cuisine, bbq, lumière et joints de piscine, portail...). Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas ,pas de wifi,les accessoire de piscine plus usager, l ensemble des sanitaires hublot de piscine déboîter s’en eclairage fuit 15 jours surplace. La seul réponse des propriétaires parler si vous n été pas content j’ai régler 8000euros et aucun sévices une arnaque totale j espère avoir un geste commercial et que Abritel agisse vite merci

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette grande maison implantée dans un grand parc luxuriant. Il faut juste noter le manque de matériel ménager, surtout quand nous sommes si nombreux. D'autre part, sur nos 2 semaines de séjour, nous avons dû quitter le jardin et la piscine car le jardinier (en l'occurrence fort sympathique) est venu les vendredis après-midi faire l'entretien de la propriété, n'aurait-il pas pu venir le jour de l'arrivée et le jour du départ?

We stayed here last year as a family of 7 adults and 2 children and had the most lovely week. It is a beautiful, spacious villa, in very secluded grounds, gated off from the road and only a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. The bbq area is perfect and we spent many nights there next to the pool, in easy reach of the town by car, and a small supermarket a few minutes drive away. I would go back in a second.
