Great location and comfort- just like home away

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area. It consists of a bedroom and an open plan kitchen with a fully equipped kitchen and a smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen cabinets are full of dishes, glasses, cutlery and everything else you may need for self-catering. The apartment is cleaned once for a stay of more than 10 days by a cleaning company, which did a really high standard job. The welcome us- a bottle of good wine, water and small cookies, crisps, sweets were waiting . There is a large supermarket, bakery, pizzeria and café nearby. There is a large supermarket, bakery, pizzeria and café nearby. We haven't seen the owner, but contact with him is very easy by booking .com. The apartment is about 40 minutes walk from old Chania and about 15 from the city's very nice beach. We spent 14 days in this apartment and we liked it very much. It was the best apartment during our month vacation. If we come back to Chania sometime - we will definitely book it again.

The only problem was the parking . Probably because we were in Chania in the high season - every day we were looking for a parking space along the street and it was not always possible to find it. I think that after the high season such a problem will not be there

I really enjoyed staying away from the tourist centre, yet near to the beach and all amenities.

Quiet street, local non-touristy neighbourhood. Comfortable bed, functioning kitchen, very clean... great stay.

The lighting in the kitchen could have been better.
