In general nice please for family vacation

Superb

Loved the villa, the pool was an especially lovely addition. Close to the village, while remaining quiet and we were able to head out toward the hills for a short hike as well. We walked into the village a couple of times per day and it's a very quick walk (although it's all uphill the way back)

We had a small issue with ants in the kitchen at the start of our stay we think due to a sugar dish on the counter. The number of ants decreased over time and were just a minor issue. We were happy with the rest of the amenities.

Spacious, cosy, good for family with children, relaxing swimming pool area and garden

Difficult to open entrance door, better preparation for guest arrival (e.g. bbq not cleaned), some furniture was outdated

Superb

- The location in Anavyssos is quite convenient if you have a car (3 minutes drive to restaurants, services and beaches). - The house has plenty of space. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. - The swimming pool and garden were great, we used them a lot! - There is space for car parking with shadow (very useful in summer). - We were welcomed by the host who gave us a tour of the house and explained how everything worked.

- Top floor gets sunlight in the early morning and can become quite hot. Improved window shades would be welcomed. - There is no door to separate the ground floor and the first floor, so you can hear people in the kitchen from the rooms (e.g. in the early morning).

We all loved it! 7 Adults

Great house and pool with everything you need to relax. We walked but probably best to have a car since its a 15-20min walk from the coast/restaurants. Very quiet neighbourhood.

The steps into the ensuite toilet from the top bedroom are a bit tricky. One of our party fell and cut himself badly on a sharp edge of tile/step. A handrail should really be fitted.

Good villa for nice holiday

Beautiful villa with good distance to sea and village. Very friendly and helpful owner. Clean and nice .Big swimming pool. Recommended for Families and small group of friends like our one.

Very friendly and good guy but he was living in separately place on the possession for me not big deal but not everyone can like it

Exceptional

It was comfortable and plenty of space for 6 adults. The poo, was great. Once used to the walk, not far to the sea front and helped walk off the excellent meals at seafront restaurants.

Could have had more local details about buses, etc.
