Wonderful gite in super location
The gite is lovely. For some reason there was no communication prior to arrival and we were embarrassed to have been unaware of the need to take our own sheets. Like many gites there are some quirky aspects (like no "ordinary" knifes - just sharp and serrated ones) and odd sized gasses (wine from a champagne flute or tumbler only). This didn't spoil the experience and I would recommend this place and the area for a super holday.

j ai réver du paradis et je l ai trouvé à Sare dans cette superbe location.Un accueil au top,une location très propre avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour son séjour,je cherchais une belle vue et le calme et là j ai était servis plus que je l avais souhaité.Les proprietaires bien qu habitant à coté sont pour ainsi dire invisible,pas un bruit ,moi qui voulait me reposer j ai été servi.le bonheur de la campagne tout en étant à coté de tout.vraiment je vous recommande ce lieu,c est un pur bonheur.j y reviendrais

Très bon séjour
Nous avons été accueilli très chaleureusement par Anne-Marie lors de notre arrivée. Ue gite coquet bien équipé, propre. Il est bien situé pour visiter, au calme avec un paysage magnifique. Nous recommandons cet endroit si vous souhaitez visiter le pays basque.

Emplacement idéal
Très bonne expérience dans cette location au calme sans être excentré des commodités.
Les sites à visiter sont faciles d'accès et à moins d'une heure de route pour les plus éloignés (grotte de Sare, musée du gâteau basque, grottes d'isturitz et d'oxocelhaya).
À noter que nous étions proche de la frontière espagnole.
Effectivement comme le précise d'autres avis : un poulailler et une porcherie jouxtent la location et l'odeur peut rebuter certains mais ne nous a pas dérangé.
Mention spéciale pour le gâteau basque à notre arrivée et qui restera le meilleur du Pays basque (pour l'instant) ainsi que le pâté offert par les propriétaires.

Gîte super mais....parfois odeurs de porcherie.....
Le gîte est très bien agencé, dommage qu'il ne soit pas toujours possible de prendre ses repas dehors vu les odeurs de porcherie..... A noter aussi que j'ai dû déboucher l'évier de la salle de bain, encrassé depuis certainement un bon bout de temps.

Super séjour au Pays Basque
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui était pleine d’attentions envers nous. Gâteau basque et bouquet d’hortensia à notre arrivée. Le gîte est idéalement situé, plein de charme et d’authenticité. C’est une adresse que nous retiendrons pour revenir au pays basque ! Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour.

Très bon séjour au calme
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location tout confort et très bien équipée. La vue sur le village de Sare est imprenable et nous avons trouvé à proximité des produits locaux de grande qualité (fromage de brebis, gâteau basque...)

Trop court !
Une seule nuit passée à SARE trop court pour apprécier les environs. Mais très belle vue et joli village. Propriétaire agréable, avec petite attention à l'arrivée... Juste un soucis d'adresse entre maps et waze !

trés satisfaits de notre séjour sous le soleil
Excellent accueil de la famille Tapia, discrète et présente à la fois (même la chienne Mendy...), gîte d'une propreté remarquable, rien ne manquait. Environnement campagnard et plaisant, loin des bruits de la ville ! Très bon souvenir de ce séjour dans cette belle région. Coucou à Esteban!

Description en partie trompeuse
La maison correspond aux photos, ainsi que le paysage. Ce qui est déplaisant c'est que ne sont pas visibles le poulailler et la porcherie qui jouxtent la maison, à moins de 10 m ! D'où des odeurs désagréables et des déjections de poules dans le jardin.
