Open All Year! Great for Aurora viewing! Our home offers massive picture windows with spectacular mountain views, 3-King Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, Washer/Dryer, Modern well stocked kitchen, High Speed WIFI, Direct TV, Strong 4G Cell Service and Large Deck w/BBQ and patio furniture.
Our home is conveniently located 1/4 mile off The Parks Hwy and is a short 11-minute Drive to Denali National Parks only entrance road. This house checks all the boxes; 5-star living on the park boundary.
Our home is 100% newly furnished and outfitted. The living room, dining area and kitchen is an open floor plan that you will find extremely spacious for your group to enjoy. All 3-King Bedrooms are located downstairs so if people want to retire early they are not disturbed by others in the living area.
Our house is located at the end of the road in a very quiet tiny subdivision and sits on a 2-acre bluff with amazing views. Your group will feel like you are living in the middle of nowhere yet you will have all the amenities of a modern home.
We regularly spot wildlife out our living room windows. We are located in the "Healy" area 10-miles North of the Denali Park Entrance and it is where you want to stay; best park views, away from the congestion of the park entrance area (glitter gulch).
Our home is near everything; a 1-minute drive to the grocery/liquor store, 5-minute walk to Roses Cafe or a 15-minute walk to the Totem Bar.
Most area activities are located within minutes of the house; flight seeing, rafting, horseback riding, guided hiking, rafting, golf, biking, ATV, Zip lining and more.
For larger groups there are 2-private suites attached to our home. Each of the Luxury Suites are completely private from the main house and each other. Each Suite has their own entrances, living areas, kitchens, decks and washers and dryers.
My family and I are world travelers and always stay in a AirBnB. We understand you have high expectations for your groups Alaskan Adventure and we strive to exceed those expectations. We pay attention to all the important details; super clean, well stocked, owners answer the phone/texts immediately and everything works.
We have lived in Denali for over 25 years and love the area. We want our home to be an important part of your Denali experience and we are always close by to answer any questions, make suggestions or to solve any issues. Please feel free to contact us for advice, we have lots of area knowledge.
We always respect our guests privacy. 30 days prior to your arrival we will email you detailed directions and key code for entry. You can check yourselves in anytime after 4pm. WIFI code is on the bulletin board near the front door.
Also on the bulletin board in the home we provide a list and brochures of all our favorite things to do and places to eat in the area.
We recommend you book your Denali National Park Shuttle or Tour Bus before you arrive, but all other area activities can be booked once you have arrived so you can gauge the weather and get a feel of what your group wants to do.
Please remember our house is right on the park boundary and a day spent enjoying the views and hiking out of the house can be extremely rewarding.

The spacious, open layout was ideal for our family gathering. It is easily accessible from the highway and close to Denali NP. And the host is very responsive to questions. Everything was so clean and organized it felt like we were moving into a new unit. We would stay here again. Thanks!

The property very much matches the listing and the pictures and was perfect for our situation. A group of 7 family members spending a week in Denali. It was clean and comfortable with a great view of the mountains. Good living space and a nice kitchen if you wish to cook. Location is very close to restaurants and the grocery store so you have your choice of eating out or cooking for yourself. While the house is actually 3 units we never had any issue with the other guests so it was never an issue for us. Would very much consider the house again if ever in the area for another vacation.

This house was perfect for three couples! Great open living space with an incredibly comfortable couch and well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and finding the house was easy. Would definitely return! Only thing I would add is a few more blankets for the couch!

We had a great time and the view and location were perfect. Our only small issue was finding the place as the street name on the street signs didn't match the directions we were given.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great view! We liked its location -- feeling remote but near the grocery and Denali gate. The room organization was great, and the kitchen was easy to cook in.
We have only a couple of minor complaints. We had two people with dust allergies, and there was a considerable layer of dust under some of the beds. Then, we thought the sectional and chair upstairs seemed very worn and matted.

My family and I were very excited for our first trip to Alaska. This home was spotless, very comfortable, well stocked and had plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed the AMAZING views right from the living room and would HIGHLY recommend anyone coming to the Denali/Healy area to stay here! We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The views from the living room were gorgeous AND we had a moose mama and baby hangin close by one day. The space was perfectly sized for our group of 8. The kitchen was well stocked and we had no issues cooking a few meals! The area is very close to the Denali entrance and has a good grocery store nearby- and restaraunts/ brewery! Would absolutely stay again.

Just as all the reviews say - the house is immaculate, the views are amazing, Dave is wonderful to work with, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. We had a lovely stay - truly 5 stars.

The home was spotless. The beds and furnishings very comfortable. The best part was the cow moose and her calf that visited us one evening and returned the next morning to graze in the yard. We watched her for nearly an hour. You are close to shopping and good food options. We absolutely loved your home and hope to return to the great state of Alaska someday.

The home was gorgeous on a quiet end of a street. The property manager was so responsive (she came out at 10:45 pm to help with a cable issue!). The owner also came out the next day to finalize the repair. She also provided so many recommendations for food and activities, many of which we tried throughout our stay. The home was extremely comfortable and the washer-dryer was a lifesaver as we were at the end of a long trip. Of course, the view of the mountains was by far the best part and it definitely felt like home. Was convenient to the park without being in the major touristy area. Would 100% recommend to anyone traveling to visit Denali!

We loved this house! Super comfortable for my family of 5 plus our 2 grandparents. The local area grocery store and dinners were excellent with very friendly people. This was a great landing pad for our exploration of Denali National Park and even of Fairbanks! Owners were easy to text with questions. Immensely enjoyed the local area photography in the house too!
