Nice ... with few comments

Lodges are nice, clean, comfortable

Fridge did not work had to ask for replacement No water heating in shower No drinks in open buffet Restaurant , or there is but you have to pay for it. And finally : the price total on my booking was clearly stating that amount including taxes and other fees, but I found out they withdrew 20% more at the reception when I checked in saying it is "for taxes !! " : advice " pay on booking"

A wonderful stay, we were supposed to stay for 4 nights but we extended it one more night.

A beautiful quiet bungalow style hotel. The bungalows are lovely and very comfortable and super clean. Shams is a group of 5 hotels, being a Shams Lodge (with 60 Bungalows) guest has its privileges ; private beach, private pool and a an awesome outdoor/indoor restaurant with a sea view. The staff are super friendly, professional and would do their very best to satisfy the guest starting from Ayman the manager, Khaled the chief cook, Yousef the barista who used to prepare the best double macchiato :) Safwat the head waiter, Zakareya , Mohamed and Ahmed from the beach/pool. I would definitely go again.

The Wifi service is very poor and undependable. It would have been nice if there was a sort of activity after dinner, like a group game, karaoke etc .

Everything. The ground floor bungalows overlooking the sea. The glass shower inside the room. The staff were super friendly. Best thing that everything we needed was through the hotel, we rented a boat, we kited and had the option to order food if the buffet didnt include the things we like. Definitely coming back.

the electricity went down from 5 am till 12 pm , i was only planning to stay for one day and it was Awful , How could be to have a Hotel without a backup for emergency loads !!! this is one of the worst experiences and even the staff didn’t bother to explain or apologize

Most staff are perfect , except reception supervisor. I had request and asked receptionist to came to meet him but he send his refuse for request without coming to talk to me, I was in vacation with my wife and didn't want to start it with complain. Even I mentioned to receptionist that I am Genus 3 with booking.com Banglou was perfect. Bathroom was different

the view was wonderful, the staff was fully helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and so comfortable and finally the breakfast and dinner was very delicious

there wasn't any welcome activities even a welcome drink , they haven't any animation team, they serve only 3 small bottles of mineral water per day which is not enough also the lodge's pool wasn't heated and not cleaned sequential

Very nice hôtel proposing lots of water sports activities.

The size of the hotel and the Garden, the different activities proposed, kite surf, windsurf, scuba diving Center.

The Food was good but the half Board doesn’t allow you to visit other places.
