Pyramisa Beach Resort is a great place to stay with family and children. The food was variable and tasty. Every day there was seafood, different kinds of meat, amazing choice of fruit and desserts. Very good choice of soft and alcoholic drinks. Children had fun in new kids club and we all enjoyed the new heated pool. We liked Ala'carte restaurants where we met Akram who speaks few languages and was very friendly. In lobby bar Mostafa was always greeting us with smile and was serving lovely drinks. On the beach there was Taha who always smiles and brings drinks for people resting on sunbeds.
The new heated pool is big and nice but is not ready to accommodate many people. There was not enough sunbeds, there is no bar or at least a point handing out bottled water. There is no toilet so for people with small children it is a problem to run and search for a toilet. This should be upgraded as soo as possible because it is a bit complicated to have fun without the most important facilities.

The sea was beautiful and not too far from the resort; the swimming-pool was nice as well.
Some staff were nice. The older man at the beach bar, Adham at the beach restaurant and the cook at the beach restaurant. They were really kind and passionate!
A lot should’ve been better! We unfortunately stayed for 10 days!
- the cleanliness of the room (dirty curtains, dirty walls in the bathroom, curtain were too short. We tried to close the curtains ourselves with a pin!! Because a part of the curtain was coming off. We complained but they never fixed the issue.
Also at arrival there was a lot of short hair on the toilet and the beds and we had a cleaner who didn't want to clean and had an attitude. We got a new cleaner and he was better and kind! but he couldn’t change the walls and the curtains which I understand, so we asked the manager and he said he would hang up new curtains but it never happend.
- the food!! It was REALLY BAD not 5 stars worth at all. Not a lot of choices, everyday was the same, they even had 3 restaurants where I can honestly say that I only liked the mongolian restaurant. It was a wok where you put the ingredients yourself on a plate and they wok it for you
The Italian restaurant was bad for example they have minestrone soup but its just bouillon with water. No vegetables or anything inside. No taste.
There was also a Mexican restaurant where they don't even can make guacamole while its literally just avocado lime and salt? how? It was bad.
Then after we complained they said we were a VIP guest and they invited us for a “vip” dinner at the Italian restaurant but the food was bad and when we talked to
other people who were also invited and they were all there because they did complain about stuff! So a lot of people were dissatisfied but they tried to make us feel good with a dinner but the food was bad so maybe it was better not to invite us tbh
Also the fruit wasn't fresh and at breakfast there were always 2/3 pigeons eating from the bread baskets which is not hygienic at all and shouldn’t happen at a 5 star restaurant. Too much to complain so we gave up.
They also promised us a breakfast box at departure but it never came while we were with 2y old!

Unprofessional and lazy staff, all time they act like they do something, but nothing was clean...When you ask anything, you can feel that for them it means to do sth more than they would like to... the same like year ago, nothing changed to better, our last visit there unfortunately...

It’s family oriented hotel, a lot of small kids. Very nice sandy beach, There are small corals in the water and I recommend wearing beach shoes ( you can buy them inside the hotel for $10) Also has a small area for snorkeling with beautiful corals. Food was very delicious. Alcoholic beverages ARE included in all inclusive, there is no extra charge of $25 per person per night . Al a carte restaurants are included for all booking guests, not only one time. I tried the mexican restaurant, only the fajita was good, but far away from authentic food. The Hotel is offering diving and snorkeling trips, safari, spa & massages, everything you need. There is a pharmacy and beach store inside the hotel and hotel clinic. The staff is Friendly. We booked two rooms and got an upgrade for villa, our stay was amazing thanks to Husein at reception .
Beach is closing at 6pm which is too early, since the sunset was around 7:30pm.

Cute resort, nice beach and cleaning personnel were super nice.
No wifi. Rooms seem much older then in pictures. Front desk was not super helpful or not helpful at all. Its time they refresh the interior up to the point they advertise it.
Oh also being an American doesn’t help. Once they hear you are from US they either try to scam you or give you judgmental face. One guy actually openly said it to me “We dont like Americans here”. Well guess what- I am not crazy about you guys too. Their customer service is like “ali express” “wish list” version of European/American customer service. They try, but it’s nowhere near how it should be.
To sum it up- great sea and climate, very uncomfortable personnel and people who try to scam you anywhere you go.
If you are ok with these things go for it. Otherwise stick to more civilised options in Europe or other countries who live in 2023 and not 1842.

Our stay was amazing, the staff were kind and the services were outstanding. We were greeted by Ms. Hadeel when we arrived to the hotel and she was super kind and sweet. The location was nice and the view was even better with the Red Sea mountains. The food variety was good for the three meals, could be better though. The rooms were cleaned well and the housekeeping service was as good as it can be. The animation team were amazing and we were fortunate enough to see them twice.
However, the beach was rocky and you need beach shoes to be able to walk on the shore.
Another thing is that they really need to improve the quality of the drinks in the restaurant.

The very smiling, generous, helpful and cooperative staff (Ms. Hadeel in addition to the rest of staff all clock round and everywhere in the hotel.
Also, the distinguished hotel design & location (rooms, pools, aqua park & activities. The beach & sea are marvelous.)
Bottom line, you will feel at home but by the sea ;)
I extended 1 night in the upgraded room but paid the standard room price.

I am a stayed from July 7 until July 11. It’s a whole team it’s perfect plus Hadeel from guest relation team. Amazing woman she tryed to a void any problem in a second appreciate it for here and for the whole team try to make us happy (housekeeping, end restaurant) I really appreciate it was wonderful staying

The rooms were so clean, house keeping was perfect, the facilities were exactly as stated on booking, the food was more than amazing with great varieties served to you with welcoming smiling faces and very helpful waiters, the beach was more than amazing as well as the pools and wonderful kids aquapark, the open club car ride in front of the beach and and alla the hotels on sahl hasheesh was such an extra bonus,, definetely will go back there soon .
Very weak animation team , there was almost no shows it was all about live singing and audience games and competitions

the swimming pool was great for kids, it’s quite large but shallow so very safe. The beach had clear water and even a snorkeling are with plenty of fish to see.
the foods were ok and had decent variety, the staff was very helpful and friendly always.
The aircon in our room was very deficient, without exagerating I can say that a ceiling fan would have been way better. We were travelling with a toddler and being in a hot room really made the whole stay cumbersome, specially when day temperatures were 33-42c.
The toilet in our room had very week suction so we often had to flush many times, the shower was very week as well.
Using uber was quite difficult as they can be denied entrance to the whole area, one day we waited over 30 minutes for our Uber to be granted access to pick us up. On the other hand I guess it was for security reasons.
